Zero stars if I could. Billed significantly over contracted amount. When I asked for an explanation of the charges relative to the contract, my rep refused to provide clarity or any itemization. She wouldn't even answer the question. Corporate doesn't return calls. Dumped debris on my neighbors property. Often workers milling around not working. Disappointing!

Horrible company!!! They broke one of my customers windows while they were trimming a fence line between the properties. I sent them pictures and a repair invoice and they refuse to do anything because their workers don't remember breaking the window. Well of course your workers aren't going to "remember" breaking the window. I already read the post that says they treat their workers like dirt. What happens to the guy that "remembers" breaking a window. What kind of company doesn't take care of their mistakes? Horrible!!! If they don't fix their mistakes, what will happen when they screw something up on your property.

These are true professionals. From Brian and Ann creating the design to JJ and his outstanding crew turning it into reality on site -- the whole LandWorks team created a magnificent landscape for our home. The quality of the work is just spectacular and you can tell it will last for decades. We were so impressed we're scheduling another project next year. Thanks!

Unfortunate experience with Landworks. We were referred by a friend in the landscaping business who expressed Landworks was the best. I wish I would have done more research before signing the contract. Communication was horrible, scheduling was a nightmare, and the final cost wasn't what we signed off on. The workers that installed our landscaping and patio were great. They were hardworking and willing to answer our questions.

The team did an awesome job re-doing our backyard area around a pool and re-shaping our front garden beds. They were on-time, professional, and went above and beyond to provide great quality. The planning process was super easy and better than I would have predicted.

Steve Kehl and his team, Ismael, Alex and Ramon were outstanding to deal with. They exceeded all of my expectations and made cost savings suggestions that will improve the property for years to come. The work they performed was done on time, on budget and looked fantastic. This is a great crew that did exactly what was promised and for a very fair price. I strongly recommend Steve and his LandWorks crew for any landscaping need. Without a doubt they earned 5 stars.

I have had 6 large trees planted on my property by Landworks. I am very pleased with the results. Every step of the process from initial consult to planting to follow-up review was on time, as they stated, and done well.

A landscaper (Rachal) came to look at the work I wanted to be done on May 27th. We walked the yard for her to see all the work I wanted done using my prepared detail list of items.
Got a proposal June 13th. The proposal had a number of items that we had discussed and were detailed on my list missing. I emailed her a list of the missing items. After three day of no response, I called her, I asked why I was not getting a response from her. She said she was busy. I then complained the it took an extraordinary length of time to get the proposal and that when I did it had many items missing. Her comment to me was "if you are going to be rude to me, I will be rude to you". I said what did you say to me she repeated her statement. Extremely poor customer relations
I got a revised proposal two days later. The revised proposal had a couple items missing. Needless to say I went to a different landscaper.

Brighter Image Landscape re-vamped my whole pool yard. They took out old mulch in all of my perennial beds and replaced with long lasting rock. They were super quick and worked hard! They did a great job and we’re hiring them for more projects.
