Today is March 23rd 2018 and I had three 60 foot pine trees removed today by Fox Hole Site Services. I was impressed with the job that they did. In fact they actually exceeded my expectations. By the time they were done it didn't even look like I ever had any trees in my yard in the first place. They were prompt courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They also did not break the bank as far as what they charged. I would use them again and I also recommend them.

Creative Touch and William Bunton, unfortunately bit off more than I feel they could chew with our project. We were working with new construction and looking to have a retaining wall built, top soil spread and seed planted. We were initially told 3-4 weeks for completion, they were onsite for closer to 8 weeks. The retaining wall was a nightmare and honestly I am hoping it does not have to be rebuilt in a few years. One installer was let go about 1/2 way through the retaining wall build, the wall was partially taken down and re built on more than one occasion. The corners of the wall were going to be finished with block that was no more than 1/4" thick until I said something about that being unacceptable, knowing that in freeze thaw conditions the concrete would get blown out. The wall is done, but I do not have much faith in it. His crew on more than one occasion were doing much more shovel leaning, than actual using, which is money I am paying and not getting results. I will say some of his employees stayed after hours to work on making up time, but having your girlfriend sitting on the back retaining wall of a clients house eating dinner was a little odd. Material estimates for top soil were well off, costs kept going up along with frustration. They finally got everything done with the exception of back filling along the drive way. The agreement was for them to come back after the drive was poured, once it was done we let them know, weeks passed, month and a half passed. It was stated via text that he felt we were displeased with the work up to that time and he was going to put our project off until Spring. Typically, if I have a frustrated customer I do EVERYTHING I can to please them, not put them off, we stated our displeasure, the work got done and they left the site. We have a significant amount of work that was going to get done this year, but they will not be invited back on site for any of it. They might be fine at smaller projects, but nothing too large. If i did not have a background in architecture and construction I am relatively scared as to what I would have gotten in the end. Bill collaborated with us on your front yard design and implemented flawlessly in a timely manner. We have received countless compliments from neighbors and family on our new landscape.
