David was doing work for my neighbor and another neighbor walked past with his dog. Dogs know good people and this dog is very reserved towards strangers. But Leo immediately wagged his tail and eagerly greeted David!

David and Alex did a great job, David made sure he understood what we were looking for, and used great judgement for the finer details. The work area was left tidy at the end of each work day, and the completed landscaping looks great, we can't wait for the grass to fill in. I would use Western again for sure.

David did a wonderful job repairing my broken concrete sidewalk. He poured a step and three slabs. He is a great guy and I thank him very much.

Aerating and overseeding lawn service done by technician Dell who was impressively hardworking, efficient and professional. He sought to make time to do this job short notice per my request and did not disappoint.

Large paver patio project. Sales and project management were outstanding. David was very thorough in explaining the process as he was building the patio and had great suggestions. Had them do some grading services at our house after putting in a new addition. They came out promptly sent me a quote promptly and did the work as soon as available. Everything turned out great.

What an excellent experience! Leo checked with us often and helped us make important choices. Then he and Josh and Tala did an outstanding job of bringing it all together. They were all impressive listeners and great at delivering quality workmanship. We felt cared about and pleased with the result.

Western landscaping put in a large patio and seating wall in our front yard. They were easy to communicate with in the design process and very professional. They dropped off additional samples and gave us great advice on how to bring our vision to life.

The on-site crew is where Western really shines. We have 6 kids - all of whom were VERY interested in the patio building process. The crew never used inappropriate language, happily answered our kids questions, and let them sit in the skidsteer. They were cheerful even working in extreme heat being asked constant questions from an inquisitive 4 year old boy who loves heavy machinery.

I spent many hours observing their work with my kiddos and one thing that really struck me was the respect the crew members had for each other. Watching them work through problems and brainstorm was awesome. It was clear some of the guys on the team had more experience and it was cool to see how they coached those who were learning. It’s no surprise to me that the employees stick with this company, and that they are able to have so much expertise.

Our patio is beautiful, but I was surprised today to see Western’s truck pull up again. They said they had been looking at pictures and saw some bricks that didn’t look quite right, so they were back to perfect their masterpiece. WOW! They had such pride in their work and were apologetic that it wasn’t done to perfection the first time. I thought it was excellent that the company had a process to double check work after things had settled to make sure their customers were 100% happy.

This wasn’t a cheap project, but I know it was done right. The final project is beautiful, my kids made some new “friends” and we know exactly who we will call for any future landscaping needs.

They were very responsive from the estimating process, to the scheduling process all the way through the finalization of our project. The crew was very friendly and punctual. Their work was top notch. Very pleased with the finished project. Would highly recommend this company.

Zion, from western landscape did the final fertilization of my yard. He was fast, efficient and setup the signs on my lawn. I was at home and was able to see how quickly he setup the equipment. Appreciate the thoroughness of the western landscape team!

Exiquio, Elmer, and Maycoll all did a fantastic job getting my place completely re-landscaped in one day. They were able to take out all the original mulch beds and plants, re-plant new beads in stone, and re-sod everything. Western Landscape was very communicative and really easy to work with.

Brice did an outstanding job clearing snow using his CAT 255 skid steer... honestly, it looked like an extension of his own arms. He represents Western Landscape LLC extremely well, and I truly appreciated his helpful, positive, can-do attitude. Thanks again, Brice for helping me today in Madison!

We had a wonderful experience with the Western Landscape crew! From quote to completion, they were professional and communicative, and the quality of their work was top notch. I would very happily use their services again.

The services of Western Landscape are very professional. The first meeting was a visit to my site to discuss options. The second visit was to go over the options I chose with a virtual projection of the finished project. I was able to make alterations at that time.
The work was completed last October by a team of experienced landscapers. I had a couple little issues in the spring that was addressed in a timely way. I would recommend their service.

Thorough and on time job. Competitively priced. They removed a tree and half dozen other plants in a bed. They removed the gravel and weed screens put top soil and sod down. The edges of the sod area were a little uneven and could have been done better but otherwise it was good

Leo and his partner Augustine just left my house. They worked all day restoring a wood retaining wall that no other contractor in the area would touch. Their work was professional, neat and workmanlike. You could not ask for a nicer crew. Kudos!

The crew at Western was very professional and the project turned out GREAT. We had just finished a major renovation and addition to our home and 1/2 of our yard was completely torn up and unsuitable to even plant grass seed. Western came and installed a hardscape (paver patio), regraded the back yard, applied top dressing, buried downspouts, installed garden/rock beds with edging, and installed sod. Their onsite and office team was very easy to communicate with. Their original bid was very detailed with itemization of products and labor. We had several requests as the project was underway and they accommodated all of the change orders at our request. Highly recommend their team for landscaping or lawn maintenance, we had been long standing (~10 years) customers of their lawn mowing service so we’re happy to use them for our landscaping needs after the build. A+++
