Really knows what he's doing go way beyond to give excellent service

I've filled out their online form twice. I have yet to get a response. I wish I didn't have to give 1 star because they don't even deserve that. Why have the option for online contact if you don't follow up on it?

A good team when you can reach them. They have not been as good at calling back or following up lately. I've called 3 times over the past several weeks and no response. Used to do a good job.

I reached out to gather a quote for some work on my house, and never received any communication back at any time. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and am disappointed a simple call back/email response wasn't achieved for a simple question about windows.

This is our 2nd year working with this business and they are impressive on home repairs. They show up when scheduled, do high quality work and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend doing business with them!

Based on other positive reviews, I attempted to contact 3 times (initial website form, and 2 follow-up calls) and received no response. I can’t rate the quality of work.

I made an appointment for gutter cleaning and to install shelves. Changed my mind on the shelves, but no one ever showed to do the gutters...I took the day off work. Cory, the "VP", stopped replying to my emails...real professional.

Doug and his son fixed our loose staircase railing in less than an hour. Very prompt and always called back when he said he would. Would recommend!

Excellent bathroom repair work. Floor, toilet, sink faucet replaced. Shower glass doors removed. Safety grab bar, and shower curtain rod installed. We are very happy with all aspects of this project.

Cory worked on a couple of projects with us, one of which was very tricky but he solved it well and even followed up to make sure the whole job was completed correctly. Courteous, reasonably priced compared to others I called, great work, and left the sites clean Highly recommend!

Doug & Cory do a great job once they actually get to your house. They have remodeled 2 of my bathrooms as well as some easier jobs such as painting, etc. I only gave them 3 stars because I do agree with some of the other reviews, their communication is horrible!

I called Doug's Handyman Service and left a message about work I needed done. They showed up the next day with the estimate and completed the job the following day! I was impressed with the quick response and that the job ( gutter cleaning and repair) was done throughly and neatly.
