Alijah was fantastic!! He called ahead as planned and was so professional and cordial when he arrived. It was very hot the day he cleaned our carpet and two area rugs. It was In the 90s and extremely humid. He worked diligently on everything without a complaint. I will highly recommend Zerorez and especially Alijah.

Contracted Zerorez to clean my air vents, as my husband has allergies. They were puntual, polite, and did a great job. They were also very transparent, providing me with before and after photos and actual video of the cleaning inside the vents. They replaced all vent covers and kept their work clean.

Happy with our experience! Tech called and let me know they were on their way. I made an adjustment to the service (adding extra areas) and it wasn’t an issue. Carpets look great.
