Parker exceeded expectations. I told him I have never had anyone put as much effort into doing a thorough job as he did. He was polite, explained everything, and was extremely thorough. A pleasure to work with. Very grateful for his hard work.

Aaron was on time, friendly and did a great job in a very timely manner. We had the majority of our house cleaned 2 bedrooms, walking closet, stairs and 2 large living areas. I have used Zerorez once before and will use their services again. Highly recommend them

This is quite the thorough cleaning agency. I was delighted to find that my furniture and carpets and rugs look new after this rigorous technique of applying oxidants while vacuuming. I was thoroughly impressed with the technician’s courtesy and professionalism.

Easy communication. The technician, Tyson, was courteous and efficient. My carpet had a lot of stains. They were not completely removed but it looks much better.

Brandon and James from Zerorez were fantastic!! This was my first experience with any carpet cleaning business and they were both professional and kind. 12/2024 The second time I had it done, same result and as you can see, the carpets look good as new! I have a senior dog who has peed in various spots so having them look and feel this nice is like having a brand new place!! The carpets are thick and take a bit longer to dry but I don't mind, and Tyson was very thorough in cleaning and running any additional charges or questions by me before going through with it. I really appreciated all the communication beforehand, during and after!! I will continue to use Zerorez when I need my carpets cleaned:)

1/24/25 - I should preface this review with the fact that I have a senior dog who constantly has accidents. They have been getting worse as she gets older. Zerorez cleaned it perfectly and explained to me what treatments they could do. I appreciate how knowledgeable Austin was, and that he told me the best approach to cleaning the area. was excellent !! Very friendly and did a top notch job , even wiping up drops of water in the kitchen.

We have had a great job on our carpets with Zeroez so now we requested Merick to do our grout cleaning….again, a beautiful job…our tile floors look like new. We would highly recommend Merick. Not only does he do good work but he takes great care of areas not being treated.

Our technician was outstanding! Samuel was extremely professional, thorough, friendly, and informative. I didn’t know the company did more than just clean carpets. We will use Zerorez for our future carpet, upholstery, tile, and duct work cleaning - all because of the excellent experience we had with Samuel!

The tech Brandon did a great job of explaining exactly what he was doing, how long it would take him, and what to expect. Came in and cleaned our air ducts and did a thorough job. Would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them in the future!

Wow this product and procedure is amazing. I did not complete a review right away after my October 2025 appointment because I want to make sure the stains in my carpet did t come back. Today I can say this is the company any pet owner that has carpeting needs to use. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. Our technician, Merrick, takes customer service to a new level! When I got my pre service phone call, I was stunned not only by their willingness to add on services but their absolutely hilarious quips. When I need my carpets cleaned next, I’ll be checking to see if Merrick is available!

Alerts came ahead of my appointment to keep me in touch with the arrival of the service truck. Merrick arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns. He worked through my dirty rugs and spent extra time working on some nasty stains. My rugs look great and I was nervous about them being all wool. He was very careful and I’m glad that he couldn’t see the dirt that he pulled out. He was quite humorous. I am very pleased to have my rugs clean again. I will definitely recommend this service to others.

Once again Zeroez provided excellent carpet cleaning services. The technician worked extra hard getting up some water stains. He was also kind and helpful! I have used them previously and they are the only ones I call!!

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in my home as part of my preparations to sell. The technicians were prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were also very honest—I had estimated one room’s size as larger than it really was, and so I ended up paying LESS than my online quote. Speaking of which, it was super easy to book online!

My carpets look so clean and refreshed and my house smells amazing. They treated some areas where my rescue dog had had accidents when we first adopted her (she had been a stray and was therefore not housebroken) and it’s absolutely like the spots were never there. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were super accommodating, getting me into a tight scheduling window at the last minute. Did a great job, efficient and good work!

Brandon arrived after calling with a time of arrival and he was very courteous. He worked independently and efficiently to clean our HVAC ducts. He protected the floors / rugs and left no "remnants" of the cleaning. I would recommend this service and business.

Cleaning was delayed a day because of illness in their workforce. For my inconvenience I was given a generous discount on the cleaning. This was something they did not have to do, as it was not requested by me, but they offered. The gentleman that provided the cleaning was very courteous and did a great job. This local owner of this company takes pride in the Zerorez name and appreciates his customers. For any future services needed I will use no one other than this company.
