From the beginning to the end of the project, we couldn't have asked for better service! The crew of Joe, Mitch, Francisco and Connor came in to remove our giant maple that we were sad to see go (needed in order to have the solar panels on our roof) and Thor and Sean did the stump grinding. Everyone was so professional and efficient! Would highly recommend them and would have them back in a heartbeat! Thank you to Hope for all the billing assistance as well!

My project was cutting down and stump grinding of a larger pine tree and crabapple tree. The crew was actually fun to watch. They arrived on time, were very respectful of our yard and property, asked probing questions, were total experts in taking down our trees, grinding our stumps all with leaving no trace of tree limbs. Bill Haessig was our sales contact. He helped educate me on my trees. It was an easy and smooth transition over to Nick Hauser their GM and his team. These guys treated my property like it was their own property. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tim and his team did outstanding work for me. They were prompt and made sure that the job was done well and correctly. They explained how they were going to remove the challenging trees in my yard and how that was going to protect my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree removal services.

I used Accurate a few times, about two years ago to trim a maple in my backyard and to cut down a old ugly apple tree. They did an excellent job! Ontime, good price, clean up, all was fantastic. Recently called them again to trim a maple in the front yard. Expectations were high again, and of course exceeded! Highly recommend!!

Had Accurate out for a quote on trimming some problem areas on some of our trees. They pointed out areas that I didn't at first recognize as problems but clearly were. They gave me a write up with costs, and photos of the problem areas. Professional and speedy once contacted.

We had a tree that had developed a crack in the trunk and was a possible hazard to our house. Accurate Tree Service was the first to respond to our request and made it a priority to get the tree down quickly. We had an overgrown tree on a corner lot that needed some major TLC. The tree was overgrown and had branches beginning to fall off. We called Mike and he gave a reasonable price for a full trim. Allen, Kyle and the rest of the team did a great job. They took time to answer my questions, explain branches to prune and not prune, and left the yard so clean. But the I am most impressed with their actual pruning. At the end of the day I informed the folks I could not really tell pruning had been done even though I enjoyed observing them the whole time. Their pruning skills are truely at an artful level. I am enjoying discussing the end results with my neighbors. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Mike the owner came out to give me an estimate a few weeks ago. Once I received it via email, I called the office to accept my bid. They had a wonderful crew out within about a week to remove my really big tree. Mike, the office, and the tree removal crew we're all wonderful to work with. Couldn't be happier with the results! We had two trees that needed to be removed because they were too close to the house. We emailed a couple different places. Accurate Tree Service was the only place that responded to our email (and they so did within the same day). They came out and looked at the trees, sent us a quote with a 10 percent off coupon to be used prior to a certain day. We scheduled them and they came and did exactly what we were hoping - probably even better! What we liked was they gave us different quotes for different services such as cutting down the three, and then one that included grinding the stump, and another one that included planting grass seed. Very handy. And everything was nice and neat. I assumed there would be branches laying around but nope, they took care of all that. I would definitely hire them again!

This is the third time we've used Accurate Tree Service. The service isn't only accurate--it's GREAT! From Pam and Hope with the scheduling (etc.!), to Mike for the estimate, and the outstanding crew of Allen, Derrik, Jim P., and Francisco doing the work. These guys worked hard and worked well together as a team. I'll have them back for future work and would highly recommend them.

Took down 2 fairly large mulberry trees. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up completely. Fair price and professional crew.

Their amazing customer service and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air! Pam and Hope were amazing and helpful on the phone. Mike was super helpful and responsive with our weird requests. We had a huge section of our tree fall on our powerline in our backyard. Hooper corporation cut it down and left a huge mess in our yard and Accurate came and cleaned it up for us and even wrote the quote in a way that it would be easier to deal with insurance. Accurate Tree Service came and removed a large dead tree in my backyard that was somewhat close to the house. They did a phenomenal job, very quick and left it looking great. They also grinded up the stump and you can't even tell there was a tree there! Really good work, nice guys working there too. Would recommend to others.

Mike, Hope, and the work crew at Accurate Tree Service were absolutely wonderful. Their estimate to trim trees back from the house and remove one tree was very clear and offered numerous options. The workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. Note to readers: you never want to have a raccoon problem. The crew was in the middle of cleaning up when we decided to have additional work done on one of the trees they had worked on. They were not the least bit upset, quoted us a good price for the additional work and completed it quickly. Clean up was thorough.

Several weeks later, after trying unsuccessfully to remove the stump for the tree they cut, I called to see if they could grind the stump. The original estimate was $15 for this work. Remove it myself? Am I cheap or what. When I called, Hope said the minimum charge for stump grinding was $60, but that she would check with Mike. She checked and Mike Okayed doing the work, when a crew was in the area for other work, for the $15.

They came out to give an estimate for one tree trimming and removal of two bushes and grinding of those stumps. When they gave the estimate, they included a bush we wanted to keep. They marked them with different ribbons. I confirmed in my email and they called to confirm that they were only removing the ones we wanted. When they came out to do the work they removed all the bushes! After I contacted them that day I was promised that Mike would contact me, but he did not. I had to contact them again and Mike seemed not too concerned and told me we could take $100 off our bill or he could go to the store and buy a $10 bush and plant it for us. I could not have been more offended. This was a full grown established bush that was not in a spot that was replaceable. He requested I email him with our decision, which I did a week later and never got a response. Instead, I got billed in full! After another round of phone calls, I was done with this company and will never work with them again. I was able to get money off my bill, but was left with a bush that was taken down but still sticking out of the ground by inches since they would never come back to make it right.

Kyle and his crew did an excellent job carefully removing two tall ash trees while avoiding any damage to our rooftop solar panels. The site clean-up was exceptional. I would highly recommend their services.

Accurate Tree Service did an excellent job trimming our beloved oak tree. The found a way to make it look attractive and they saved much more of the tree than I had asked them to trim away. Also, they had the had the best price. When they left the yard was clean and barely a sign they had been there.

On April 5, Kyle and Colby came to my property to saw off several dead branches of a large elm tree, as well as trim several other bushes.

They did an excellent job. They were competent ,knowledgable, friendly, cleaned up and left the garden in the condition they found it.

I will not hesitate to recommend your company and will certainly use your services in the future, especially if I can have the same team again!

Give them a raise…or at least, a bonus for a job well done!
