What a great team to work with! I consider these folks to be outstanding experts. We were looking at a large repair, and they found a smaller part that would work for our issue. Because of this, we were able to solve the problem for hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. I have called the office a number of times, and each experience was pleasant!

I have used All temperature for the last 25 yrs. They've replace mu furnace twice,no issues and good service. In June 2019,I had them replace my furnace and my air conditioner. Joe came out, looked at eveyting,and sized my ac unit,for my house. They come in and install everything Immediately I'm having issues with my ac unit,not being able to cool my 1400square foot home. My home is very well insulated and built with 2x6 outer wall for better insulation. I can never get the temperature down to 72 or even 74 degrees. I call them they come out twice 2019,and,tell me the fan on the furnace was moving the air too,fast then,too slow. Never fixed it. This goes on into 2020 I call they come out and can't fix it 2021,same thing. I call,and try to talk to Joe,but the ladies there,always tell me hes out,or busy and will get back to me. He never does. I call Rheem,my ac units manufacturer, they tell me my installer has to request a replacement and can't help. I call 3 times in 2023 and 2 more times in 2024. I can't get this guy to back,what he sells. I'm guessing I have a bad unit. So I pay 5500.00 cash and am stuck with an ac unit,that won't cool,and an installer who won't back his product,and take care of his customer. How do installers like this stay in business???

Needed some repairs done to our cabin furnace. They were out there real fast identified the problem lickety-split got it corrected and back up in no time. Great communication super friendly people will definitely go back to them.
