We selected Steve and Pam with Summit Construction for a major renovation of our home including kitchen and bathrooms down to studs, new flooring, wall molding/painting, all new lighting, home audio, etc. We are mid-project and could not be happier with their expertise, honesty, and level of communication. We have chosen to keep residence during the work and have met their workers who are clean-cut, professional, and leave our home neat and livable each evening. They are full-service in a way that they coordinated donation of all of our appliances, cabinets, and most furniture to Habitat for Humanity, as well as storage of our piano and other items. We did not have an interior designer and they offered to introduce us to several who we met with and could choose from. Very happy with our choice of a builder/remodeler.

Our house was in desperate need of a kitchen remodel and we picked Summit Construction for the project based on recommendations from others. Steve really took the time to understand what we wanted and worked within our budget. We were absolutely thrilled with the final result. Throughout the entire process Steve and his team did a great job communicating with us so we'd know what to expect and when. The quality of the workmanship was equally impressive. They didn't miss a detail. Our new kitchen really transformed our entire house. Can't thank Summit Construction enough and would highly recommend them to others.

We first worked with Steve on our entire first floor remodel when he was, I believe, the general contractor for another company. He was so easy to work with, responsive, trustworthy, accessible, knowledgable and professional. When he started Summit Construction, we did not hesitate for even a second to hire him for our master bath remodel. We didn't even look anywhere else, not only because of the quality, professionalism and easy rapport, but because we just generally liked him and all of his contractors he worked with. The very first time I met him, I stressed to him that in addition to the obvious which are quality, cost and timeliness of the completion of the project, comfort and safety as pertains to the people coming in and out of our home for a few weeks or months on end was equally important. Steve and Summit Construction checked ALL the boxes! Since the two projects he completed for us, I have passed along his name to numerous friends, all who have had equally positive experience, and I will continue to refer Summit to friends and family for years to come!

We had an amazing experience with Summit. Steve, Pam and Joanne are such a joy to work with. We had them convert our master closet into a bathroom and it turned out beautifully. We had great communication and the project was even completed ahead of schedule! Our bathroom feels like luxury spa, it was executed so well. We interviewed a few companies for our master bedroom remodel where we added a master bath. We chose to go with Summit Construction because they took the time to listen to our needs and asked us questions to understand our vision. They really cared about our project and understood its importance in our lives. Our end result is a beautiful space where I love spending time and the quality is top-notch. I would highly recommend Summit Construction, not only for these reasons, but for making the process easy. If something went wrong, they took care of it right away. They communicated with us consistently so we always knew what was going on. If we do another remodel or addition, we will definitely use Summit Construction again (and won't waste our time interviewing other companies)!

Summit did an amazing job transforming our upstairs space beyond our expectations. We updated three bedrooms and reworked the primary bedroom’s floor plan, expanding the bathroom into the en suite of our dreams. It really turned out beautiful. The team was excellent at communicating progress and keeping us updated. We always felt heard through the process of planning and making changes as things went along. All of the contractors brought into our home seemed competent in their roles. We would not hesitate to use Summit for future projects!

Our experience with Summit Construction was outstanding! Summit handled our major first-floor remodel and home extension project with ease, professionalism, and transparency. Steve, the owner, is incredibly conscientious and dedicated. He has the utmost integrity and is a genuinely nice person. We felt that Steve treated our project as if he were remodeling his own home.

Steve was an excellent listener and respected our needs and wishes. His crews were all top-notch and pleasant to have in our home. Steve paid attention to every detail, from the demo to the final walk-through. The quality and workmanship were high-end, and Steve was always available to answer questions.

Steve and his crew were very friendly, and having them in our home never felt like a burden. They kept the work area impeccably clean and respected our home and family. Another remarkable thing about Summit Construction was that they came in within budget and on time despite pandemic delays that were out of their control.

Our project consisted of doubling the footprint of our kitchen, creating a walk-in pantry, adding a full bathroom, building an extensive mud room with a varied locker system for maximum storage, adding a large laundry room, updating an existing half bath, remodeling an existing fireplace and office area, adding a lower level exercise room and storage area, building a back porch and changing the front door. The outcome was spectacular and exceeded our expectations.

We plan to use Summit Construction for all our future remodeling needs and have wholeheartedly recommended the company to friends. We have moved several times over the years and have worked with many contractors as a result. We can say, without hesitation, that Summit Construction has by far been the best company we have ever hired. Steve is incredibly genuine and sincere and uses his wide breadth of knowledge to take care of every last detail. Working with Summit Construction was a fantastic experience.

Steve and Pam were so amazing throughout our entire basement remodel project. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and a joy to work with. You can feel the attention to detail every set of the way which is exactly what we wanted in a contractor! Our basement is completely transformed into a new space. We were hoping for a cozy, comfortable movie room with a dry bar. They exceeded expectations. I can't stress enough how much I would recommend Summit Construction. They are a true hidden gem in Lake Country.

My response to you: I was coming to your business to come look at some tile for my condo, I was picking up lunch next door. There was no street parking available, however your lot has at least 6 opens spots, and there was no sign where I parked. "YOU NEED TO MOVE YOU CAN'T BE HERE"

We visited this store on the weekend and had a pleasant experience with one of the ladies that showed us around. We found several quartz countertops we liked and thought there was a good possibility we could work with this store to install out countertops.Then Larry (I guess he is the owner or main person at the store) called me and it all went downhill. I was having trouble understanding the pricing of my install and he got so frustrated with me and rude that I had to tell him I would not be working with him because of his attitude. At that point instead of apologizing to me, the customer, he said "fine" and slammed the phone down. Im completely flabbergasted! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

My husband and I went to look at possibilities of remolding a small bathroom and part of the master bath when the owner joined our conversation. He said that our job was too small even though he had just finished telling us it was a big job. He threw out an estimate of $30 to $50 thousand and unless we were looking at it that way then he couldn’t help us. A man I had just met had just insulted us and didn’t want our business. I have never walked into a business before and been told that. Everyone should stay away from that business.

From the planning to the finished kitchen, we are very pleased. The kitchen is beautiful. The attention to detail and keeping us informed every step of the way exceeded our expectations. An amazing experience and result.

Just finished my project. The work was excellent, and all the people I worked with are beyond spectacular. I am very happy with the end results. From the initial call, to the finished result, it was a great experience. Everything started on time, and was completed on time. The workers had a lot of respect for my home, and left it in a very neat condition. They took care of everything to make sure it all got done, and got done well. I will be using them for other projects on my home. I look at my bathroom update, and I just say wow, I can't believe it's mine.

Great experience through the whole process of a kitchen mini remodeling (8 days in all). We had our existing cabinets resurfaced, along with new doors and new drawers. Quartz countertops and a new Blanco sink and new faucet. As an aside, we had a little water damage on the back of our cabinets and you cannot tell there was a problem after the resurfacing process. Also one of our cabinet doors had to be resized because of a peculiar angle and this was customized in their shop. Aaron Brzozowski was our sales person/Design Consultant, Dave Peterson is the Installation Manager who took the final measurements. The two men who did the work were Jim and Travis. Extremely professional and friendly; responded to any question or problem we came up with, explained the process daily as we went along and were always on time. They put up plastic shields to protect dust going into other rooms in our home and taped down large cardboard pieces onto our kitchen floor to protect our flooring which we decided to keep. Our kitchen is perfect in my opinion (at least it will be after we get the walls painted). We highly recommend.

It was a complete pleasure working with the owner, Richard, planning our project using the excellent quality options Savers sells. Richard was friendly and helpful at all times. His associate Dave Peterson did measuring and follow up, and was also great to work with and very communicative throughout the process. Everything was accomplished right on schedule. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship provided by Dave Brown and Bill, our installers. They were great to have around, and did absolutely meticulous work down to the tiniest detail. We are beyond delighted with our new cabinets! We look forward to
working with Savers again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Love our kitchen and bathroom fronts. Updated the space as expected. Tyler and Dave did a great job. Disappointed that no one called upon completion/satisfaction or to make an arrangement for inspection per Mr. Peterson. We would recommend the company.

Used Kitchen Savers twice. Once to install new quartz counters and new kitchen sink and just recently to reface kitchen cabinets and update pantry with slide out drawers. Both times jobs were done professionally and on time. Entire Kitchen Savers staff was wonderful to work with including office staff, sales staff and installers. Love the outcome of both of my projects and I'm looking forward to other projects with them. Would very highly recommend them.

They remodeled our kitchen in Wauwatosa over 15 years ago and it was a superb job. Lately we have had a couple of cabinet equipment issues and they immediately replaced what we needed.
