My response to you: I was coming to your business to come look at some tile for my condo, I was picking up lunch next door. There was no street parking available, however your lot has at least 6 opens spots, and there was no sign where I parked. "YOU NEED TO MOVE YOU CAN'T BE HERE"

We visited this store on the weekend and had a pleasant experience with one of the ladies that showed us around. We found several quartz countertops we liked and thought there was a good possibility we could work with this store to install out countertops.Then Larry (I guess he is the owner or main person at the store) called me and it all went downhill. I was having trouble understanding the pricing of my install and he got so frustrated with me and rude that I had to tell him I would not be working with him because of his attitude. At that point instead of apologizing to me, the customer, he said "fine" and slammed the phone down. Im completely flabbergasted! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

My husband and I went to look at possibilities of remolding a small bathroom and part of the master bath when the owner joined our conversation. He said that our job was too small even though he had just finished telling us it was a big job. He threw out an estimate of $30 to $50 thousand and unless we were looking at it that way then he couldn’t help us. A man I had just met had just insulted us and didn’t want our business. I have never walked into a business before and been told that. Everyone should stay away from that business.
