Labor charge was criminally high. Took technician 15 minutes to install a $50 part and labor charge was $315. This was not disclosed when appointment made although I asked. If I declined the service, would have been on hook for $129 service call. Intend to file complaint with state consumer protection.

As far as he went on the dryer, fine, but the same order was also to fix the washer, which he did not do. Finally showed up for the washer a month later, ignoring three appointments THEY made in between.
Now, with the dryer busted again...they don't call, they don't show up for the appointment THEY rescheduled AGAIN, they don't ANYTHING!
They want a new contract? Yeah, right...
