Won't pay on time, when trying to fix the issue was told I have no paper trail or proof to argue with.
I just have a whole bunch of witnesses to the hours including the clients site employees.. stay away from these guys. They're crooked and can't keep admins or supervisors.

If I could give them a zero I would. A one is too good for this place. EVERY snow storm this season we take the time to remove the vehicles from our lot so they can clear it and we come back the next day and they weren't even there once! Today is no different except last night we told them that it needed to be cleared by 7 am and they said "you got it" Well we don't got it! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place has poor customer service. Every time it’s snowed I’ve had to call them to remind them to come plow our property. Not once have they ever completed the job. The management team does not reply and when asked to come meet with us we get the answer there to busy. I do not recommend this company. I don’t know how there in business. They also outsource the work so no one knows what there doing. It’s now February and they still haven’t put any boundaries to show the drivers where to plow. We’ve been charged detention fees for not being able to unload and load customer trucks in a timely fashion. Winter services has also cause damage to our fences and there management team hasn’t come out to take care of it. Horrible company!!!

We’ve been a sub for winter services for two years now and worked with Jamie last year and Jenna this year and the experience has been great so far. They submit requests in a timely matter, pay on time, and understand how snow removal works.

We have been working with Winter Services for years now. Their service is excellent and is always very responsive, leaving extra salt if we need it. Over all a great service and company, we even get emails letting us know bad weather is on the way and they will be out in force! I highly recommend!

“Kiara G” is the best around. Been working with her/Winter Services for a while now & they are a good reputable company to work with, I’ve worked with other 3rd party vendors. But these guys are honest and pay you when they say.

We’ve serviced two properties for this company this past winter of 2025 in the Maryland area. Everything started smooth and payments were received up until the last 1 for February 12th. We’ve now went through 3 payment dates on the 20th, 5th and 20th, and nothing has been received. The regional operations coordinator Stacy Britton is failing to cooperate with us to get us paid for what we’ve completed on February 12th with picture proof and everything submitted in the yeti app. We are also having a difficult time getting in contact with someone else in charge/or a higher up person within the company. Ironically this situation has occurred after we completed the 2nd service on the further location from us, letting them know before any other storms occurred after that we would like to drop the property because of a couple matters, which they were ok with. We were once satisfied with the 1 property, the app, and operation of how everything was going up until this matter leaving us no choice but to write this review and let go of any future contracts with this company, as this is ridiculous that we have to go through this.

Won’t ever do any work for this company again!!!! I see why many companies don’t do services for subcontracting companies like this.

Completely incompetent!
They half way cleared our parking lot in New Berlin. And the snow they did clear, they just pushed onto the sidewalk. Year after year, I have to tell them numerous times what and where to plow, there salt truck just leaves a huge pile of salt in the middle of lot and noone spreads the salt accordingly. One of my tenants just fell and broke her hip. We plan to take legal action against Winter services!
The absolute worst winter company to work with!

We had the pleasure of working with Winter Services , specifically, Carissa, this snow season and were very impressed with the communication, ease of on-boarding as a new vendor, and prompt payments. Would definitely recommend and work with this Company again in the future.

Winter services and especially working with Clarissa has been a great experience. The communication was fantastic and it is hard to find a company that has the balance between offering great customer service and also getting subcontractors in the best position to succeed figured out. From our position as a sub-contractor, we recommend Winter Services if you are looking for a place as a contractor or someone looking for snow and ice removal services.
