I have been dealing with Carissa at winter services for a few years now she’s been great to deal with very friendly and gets stuff handled quickly. Definitely recommend them!

Provided EMERGENCY snow removal, treated a completely iced over lot to an Aldi supermarket parking lot and side walks here in NJ. Provided the rep “Jenna Kay” photos of the lots condition a d pricing. Jenna Kay approved the work and wanted it handled immediately. I had our Emergency service crew respond and handle it within 30 minutes saving this company from any potential lawsuits. For 5 months we continued to get the run around from Jenna saying we would be receiving payment. Still have not received payment. Currently filing a lien against the ALDI property here in NJ and will be filing a civil suit if the matter is not addressed by the end of the month. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We are contracted with Winter Services to do snow removal for their customers and they are a great company to work with! Carissa specifically is always so quick to respond. She is professional and cheerful and quick to resolve any issues that may come up in order for us the service provider and the customer to remain satisfied. Highly recommend!

We have been contracted by Winter Services for many years. We deal directly with their representative, Carissa Hess. Carissa is friendly and knowledgeable. She's on point with describing the jobs and the expectation of the customer. Also, Carissa always makes sure we are paid for the work we are contracted to do for Winter Services. The process has been seamless. I highly recommend Carissa and the Company!

Horrible quality work and low effort employees. Never can get the job done correctly. How many times do you need to be told to plow the sidewalk of the business or clear the entire parking lot, etc., before you actually get it right? Also completely unresponsive to communication. NO ONE should work with this company. Check out my pictures for the 'quality' service we've received all winter!

We have been contracted by Winter Services for 2 years now and it has been great for our company. Erin Flynn our rep is always great to work with and very helpful if we ever have any special situations we need to deal with. Our snow business has grown considerably with the opportunities that have come our way thanks to Erin and her colleagues. We look forward to many more years with Winter Services/Ground Masters.

I work as a subcontractor handling snow removal for several properties with Winter Services and have had a great experience working with them. I work closely with Nicole Reese, and she is excellent to work with!

Her communication is outstanding. She is always responsive, proactive, and timely, which is extremely important in this industry. She consistently follows up, sends reminders, and clearly cares about supporting subcontractors and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Overall, Winter Services has been professional, reliable, and well organized. I’ve had a great experience working with this company and would highly recommend them!!

They did an excellent job removing two stumps! Very communicative and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

Gave Gridiron a call on a Sunday afternoon. Randy came by and took a quick look and gave me an estimate. Within the next 2 hours he removed 8 stumps. Made quick work of the stumps. Cleaned up the debris after the job. Would recommend.

Randy was easy to communicate with, he came within a few hours of our first phone call, and he did an exceptional job for a very reasonable price. He even ground 4-5 extra mini "stumps" for me without being asked. Not to mention, he was very nice and easy to work with in person. I think it would be hard to find a better stump grinder in Milwaukee!

Called Randy on Sunday and he was here Monday. Gave us a great price and maneuvered a huge machine through some tight turns. Really nice guy and very friendly. Very pleased with his work. He probably saved us two days of renting and hauling and figuring out a stump grinder on our own.

The only guy who called me back, out of 6 services. Randy was very nice and professional. His prices are great. The stump was done when he said it would and cleaned up like he was never there. The best stump grinder i ever had. I would call him again. Very reasonable and called a few days before he came out.

These guys are great to work with! Dillon provided a quote quickly and scheduled me quickly! They took down some challenging trees and took the time to clean up !! I was a referred to them by a neighbor and am glad i was! Thanks Dillon and thanks to your wonderful team!

I had a small fruit tree that needed careful pruning. I was VERY PLEASED with the service I got from Earthbound. They were timely, neat, reasonably-priced, polite, and really took the time to understand what I wanted done, even though it was a small job. I highly recommend them!
