Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! Came to quote same day, scheduled work the same week, and came out on a weekend. Their crew took down a small batch of 7-8 trees and one giant walnut tree very quickly and efficiently, and took great care with thoroughly cleaning everything up when they were done, all at a very fair price. Highly recommended! We will definitely use their services in the future.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job cutting down the humongous tree in our backyard. Our neighbor used them in the late Summer months for a tree. My husband went over and asked for a quote on ours. Juan came right over, on their lunch break, to give us a quote. About 6 months later, we contacted him and he honored the quote. It wasn't the easiest job, but they did an amazing job at a great rate. They even cut my wood into manageable pieces and stacked it in a very large pile because we asked to keep it instead of them hauling it away. I recommend using Juan and his team for your next job.

We contracted with Juan's to have trees cut down/branches removed based on a recommendation of a friend ... I now wonder if some of the reviews are bogus based on the blatant disregard he had for our property - I encourage you to THINK TWICE.

When called to get a quote, Juan showed up on the weekend to walk around and discuss options with my husband, for that I'll give him 3 stars, unfortunately what follows would be negative 10 or more.

Juan text the day prior that he would arrive at 7:30ish, he arrived at 7am, and while that might seem like a blessing, our neighbor witnessed "he (Juan) didn't slow down, he pulled right in your driveway and backed in (toward the tree w/limb needing removal) without hesitation".

He didn't even get out of the truck to check the ground (hello Wisconsin in early April=rain/snow continuous mix aka soft, wet ground), nor to tell us he arrived. If you notice earlier, I said he walked around the yard prior, well either he forgot or just plain didn't look when he pulled his truck and hitched lift equipment right over our septic holding tank!

By the time we realized he was in our front yard, he was already stuck in our yard. My husband promptly versed him on his error to which he replied "I drove real slow", which doesn't really matter. Juan proceeded to ask if they could drive on the neighbors property to pull out his vehicle and if my husband would use his personal truck to help, are you kidding me?
Ultimately, Juan and team used a good old fashioned rope tied to the truck & lift that was wrapped around another tree in our front yard (for leverage I can only presume) and to the 2nd truck they brought.
Once all vehicles were on paved road, they attempted to fill in the ruts left behind which really didn't help anything. Juan finally came to the door and told me he was sorry they got stuck, as they didn't realized "how wet it was"-might want to check that stuff BEFORE you drive to the work site?

Based on the recommendation of our septic pumping company, we scheduled an inspection to ensure no damage was done to our tank (a VERY costly replacement btw) a $450 expense on top of the tree removal services that were NOT completed.

If I haven't gotten your attention yet, hold on, it gets better.
We contacted Juan's insurance company Secura Insurance. The first (local) agent I talked to looked up his policy to ensure he had paid his premium and was indeed insured, oh boy. He also instructed me on the process with the claim and told me to gather as much information and estimates on repairs/replacements as I could before submitting the claim. Juan had started texting me and offered to fix the damages to the grass and that "it is not alot grass there on the spot we come out"-unfortunately, it doesn't matter if there was a lot or a little grass-you left MUD.
I wrote a semi-formal report with photos and submitted it to Secura Insurance. I played phone tag with Lee Petta, claims adjuster for several weeks before he finally said "he never heard from Juan, the claim is still open, however, if there is no damage to report it will not be a payable (liability) claim; besides the deductible is $500 and we wouldn't pay out for under that amount either, you can try small claims court but they will likely throw out the case as there is no true property damage, and it's the insured (Juan's) word against yours and you have the burden of proof-basically our insured word is golden." Wow, ok so you can drive on my property wherever you see fit including over my septic holding tank, rope burn a tree to pull your stuck equipment out, and leave mud ruts in the yard about a foot deep and I have to eat the cost of having our tank inspected? Yes, dear readers, that is the COST of engaging in business with Juan's Services. I am a real live person and this was a real live occurrence this past April.

Great experience hiring Juan’s Tree Service from start to finish. Pruned and removed very large branches in 50 foot honey locust trees. Worked safely and consulted me throughout to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome.

I had a large tree cut down in my back yard. Juan and his crew did a great job. The cleaned up after finishing. The yard was free of saw dust & tree branches. They came on time & finished in about 5 hours. Very pleased, would use his company again.

Juan went above and beyond our expectation We recently had half of a very big ash tree fall next to our driveway. While the other half was still standing and hangs over the building next store to add another challenge our driveway has a very weird pitch. (Thanks to Poblocki paving )and most vehicles with a long wheel base will not get into our driveway. Juan found a boom truck, and with the help of boards, they inched it into my driveway. I am so impressed with the work Juan and his crew performed. They were very professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful of my property and the property next-door. when I got home from work, the tree was down and everything was cleaned up. I can’t thank them enough.

We had a huge dead ash tree that needed removal. I can’t say enough good things about Juan and his team. They were prompt, efficient, and affordable. They removed the whole tree including debris! You couldn’t even tell they had been there other than the tree being gone.

After getting estimates from two other tree services, Juan quoted the most reasonable price for us. And the outcome of tree trimming and removal, weeding, and clean up was just perfectly executed as I asked Juan for.

Juan and his crew are some of the most hardworking and efficient people I've ever seen. I was so incredibly impressed with their work. I had them cut down a very large tree in my backyard along with stump grinding. Juan was very friendly and professional, and was able to give me a quote very quickly and their rates were reasonable compared to others. Turnaround time to complete the job was also very fast. With their equipment, they were confident in handling such a large tree, which put me at ease. The crew arrived on time early in the morning and worked tremendously hard and fast removing tree limbs and branches safely and securely. Their teamwork was phenomenal, and they also did a great job cleaning up as they went along. Overall, extremely impressed - highly highly recommend!

Juan came and gave a great quote for removing a HUGE Honey Locust tree and a large branch off another tree. He was ready to come and remove it the next day.

When they came it took them only a few hours to take down an enormous tree and the branch. They finished up they did a great job cleaning up the yard and there was no damage to any of my property.
