I can’t rave enough about this company. I am extremely grateful to Francisco and team for their clean up. His customer service was exceptional. I went with this company because of his reviews and he didn’t disappoint. He was extremely understanding, compassionate and kind during a very difficult and heartbreaking time for me. He was so knowledgeable and he definitely worked a miracle. He made me feel like I was his only client and he was timely and effecient. They were so professional. I will never forget what he did for me or how he made me feel. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team for any kind of clean up service you may have....he exceeded my expectations.

Francisco and his team are all about restoring a person's home and their dignity. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. They are knowledgable and methodical in the services they provide. They extracted the most important documents and valuables without me knowing where everything could be. They kept me informed of the process and were always available to answer questions and consult with me on decisions needed. They handled the clearing and cleaning with professionalism all the while showing true compassion to me in a vulnerable situation. Look no further, they are the BEST!!

I recently agreed to help a friend with their long-time hoarding issues in their second floor apartment. She did not wish to be present during the cleaning. She was going into the hospital for three days right before the New Year’s holiday, and that put us in need of immediate and fast help while she was gone.

It being the holidays, the only company I heard back from was Hoarding Cleanup Wisconsin. Fully booked up at the time, the owner Francisco sympathized with our situation and incredible time crunch and agreed to fit in the job.

Knowing this was all going to be very hard, the last thing I expected was to find a cleaning service with a heart.

Since my friend wasn’t there during the cleaning, I can’t speak to how Fransisco’s team would have worked with the hoarder themselves. But I worked with the team side-by-side and can speak to all the rest.

When two major things needed fixing that weren’t a part of our contract, Francisco fixed them himself, rather than lose time waiting for a landlord to respond to a request for repairs. And his team was especially sensitive to needing to be discreet in their work and in going in and out of the apartment building, and also in taking away the trash so it didn’t “show” in the building dumpsters. Team members Jose and Marta were wonderful to work with and didn’t hesitate to help, again, even when it wasn’t part of our initial agreement. Talk about above and beyond!

When she got home, my friend was overwhelmed with joy to have her home and safety back. To her and me, Hoarding Cleanup Wisconsin was worth their weight in gold in a situation that could have otherwise been very difficult and painful. I contacted 3 companies, 1 a small local company and 2 of them nation-wide chains, about tackling the cleaning and disinfecting of the basement in the home I recently purchased. The previous owners apparently allowed their multiple cats to use the basement as a giant litter box. Feces and urine was everywhere, floors and walls, eating into the concrete. The first company took one look at my basement and simply said they could not do the job. The 2 national chains both sent people out to look at and measure the space for an estimate and then never returned my phone calls. Then I found Francisco! More than just competent and professional, Francisco really cares about and takes pride in the work he does. He did a fantastic job in my basement and guaranteed his work. This man is a miracle worker!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of clean-up needed, no matter if the job was large, like mine, or small. Thank you, Francisco!

To the rescue! Recently, I needed a specialized team on a particularly serious clean up. Francisco and his team did an amazing job! He was a pleasure to work with from my first contact. He was compassionate, professional, and did this work in a timely fashion. Francisco's communication throughout the clean up process was "the best". He was "on time", fairly priced, and stayed in touch via text, email, or calls during the entire job. The work was completed as promised. Invoicing and payment was complete and easy. Again, he was a pleasure to work with on a very nasty clean up. I would absolutely recommend Francisco and his company.

Francisco has such a beautiful friendly spirit & you can tell he's genuine and has a passion for the work he does. He and his team did an Amazing job. I had three rooms I needed cleared out and the job was impossible for me to do alone. They worked together and got it done in less than two whole days. AWESOME!! We used Francisco's services twice within 30 days. Francisco and his team did a Great Job cleaning and disinfecting a family members apartment that the manager of the building called deplorable. (Yes same family member messed up the apartment after returning, not as bad, so we needed another clean up, long story). If ever needed again, we would use Hoarding Cleanup in a heartbeat. Francisco and crew did a wonderful job! They were tasked with cleaning a very cluttered living space with mouse dropping everywhere. They cleaned and sanitized everything (including appliances) in and out. They were fast and very courteous. I highly recommend Francisco and his team to any in the same situation.

This 2024 November - December timeframe I offered a family in crisis of Hoarding/Dirt/Roach infestation/Clutter a GIFT of help by hiring the perfect company "Environment Solutions". It has been a deeply sensitive and emotional journey dealing with the residents but the team of workers and Francisco himself allowed me to vent and jump in when needed when the residents would not. People who live in this kind of world don't know how to get out, so explaining what they need to start practicing and continue to do was essential. They are the best at what they do and I would recommend highly for this kind of clear & clean & educate process they offer. Now it is up to the residents to keep it clean and clutter free. It was an interesting, frustrating and learning experience for me, Francisco listened and made the difference.

A Truly Compassionate and Professional Team

My sister and I recently lost our brother on March 27, 2025, and were faced with the overwhelming task of cleaning out his apartment, which was a severe hoarding situation filled with dust and mold. Francisco and his team at Environmental Solutions stepped in during this extremely difficult time and made an impossible task feel manageable.

Francisco was incredibly informative from the start—helping us understand how to organize our brother’s personal belongings, including his valuables and sensitive paperwork. His experience really showed, and we followed several of his thoughtful recommendations, which made a big difference.

What truly touched us was the care and respect the entire team showed while sorting through our brother’s possessions. They carefully separated valuable items from things to discard and were always mindful of our emotions during this sudden loss. Their communication was excellent, and their sensitivity meant everything to us.

I am filled with gratitude and can say without hesitation that this was money well spent. Francisco and Environmental Solutions went above and beyond, and we are so thankful. I highly recommend them for any cleanup needs, especially in situations involving the loss of a loved one.
