Francisco and his crew are AMAZING!!!! After recent heavy rains, my mom needed help cleaning out her basement and garage. Everyone was so incredibly helpful, thoughtful, thorough, respectful, and so kind. They helped save special mementos we were looking for, and made sure to check with us if certain things found should be saved. They were so kind and considerate when they offered to bring upstairs heavy boxes filled with photographs so mom and I could go through those and reminisce. Not only did they clean out the garage for us, but they also organized it so wonderfully!!! Communication was incredible. We received daily updates and progress reports. They were very consistent with checking in with us, asking if we were happy with the progress and if we had any concerns or needs. It was a true partnership as they frequently made sure to ask if any of the plans needed to be updated or changed. They went above and beyond, and worked so hard, to make sure we were satisfied. The work completed went beyond our expectations!! This company is stellar, extremely trustworthy, and HIGHLY recommended!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Everything was AMAZING and everyone was THE BEST!!!!

"If I could wait" for the mechanic to be available, this would be the ONLY place, I'd go for service on my truck mounted water vacuum.

MidAmerican Provides cleaners that display a high level of professionalism when speaking with clients and they keep their clients buildings clean.

Will NOT work with individuals with disabilities. Will not even give you the time of day or tell you what kind of work is available.

Our company was looking for estimates on cleaning of ceiling tiles. I can honestly say, I have never met anyone as courteous and willing to assist as is Raul. He came out to our location, examined the tiles and tested different chemicals to make sure his products worked. He spent at least 2 hours on our project before we even engaged their company to do any work.

Thanks to Raul's assistance, we discovered that cleaning with chemicals wouldn't work. Since Mid-American couldn't do the work, they referred us to other companies who might be able to assist.

Where do I start… went into contract with midamerican to clean my businesses floors and bathroom sinks and toilets, started to notice areas that didn’t look like they where cleaned so I started watching my businesses camera recordings and I was dumbfounded! Cleaning crew couldn’t even move simple plastic carts on wheels to sweep and mop under.. literally Didn’t mop around Stylist stations and treatment tables where most of the dirt /hair can be found in a salon/spa .
Also came to the Realization that their vacuum had broke and they had not been vacuuming my carpeted areas for at least a month or more.
Recently tub water was left on and the drain was closed!! soooo close to overflowing the bathroom.
I found myself, managing the manager showing videos proving I wasn’t nuts and coming up with ideas how to get their cleaning crew to do a better job.. Even went so far to make sure there was a vacuum on each floor( my own vacume) to make it easier for the cleaning crew, I don’t get it… just want my floors cleaned correctly.
Most recently I called one of the managers because my complaint about the carpets not being vacuumed for a month and Stations not being cleaned around, I was wanting a price adjustment , this was never addressed from the original complaint from July and it’s now going on September! She just replied with a email that they would no longer be cleaning for my business with a ONE day notice, Interesting how I have a year contract but they can only give a ONE day notice. All and all it is a relief to be done with midamerican , I don’t have to worry about my contract being fulfilled on my end and no longer have to watch video footage to make sure my business is being cleaned correctly or managing midamerican’s employees anymore.

Platinum Restoration service's did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. I had pet stains, heavy traffic, spots and soiled areas from years of neglect! They took care of everything, very professional, explained everything from start to finish and can't believe my carpets look brand new again! Will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks again Platinum Restoration!

We have used Platinum Restoration Services several times and each time, we have never been disappointed. Having two large dogs, you can imagine the stains and smell that comes with our beloved pets. Not only were they able to get the stains out, Jeremy is very professional and knows what he is doing. Will definitely be calling them for future appointments/cleanings.

We had duct cleaning done and was very impressed with the service and thoroughness of Jeremy. He was easy to work with, and fast. Definitely will be using his services again and recommend.

Platinum Restoration Services are an EXCELLENT carpet cleaner service. We had a miscommunication in the beginning, but Jeremy was very professional and he did a great job with providing his carpet cleaning service. I strongly recommend him for any of their services! Thank you Jeremy!

I never post reviews of companies on here, but Jeremy was so disrespectful and rude I feel I had to. I am not sure how they have mainly positive reviews because he swore multiple times well speaking with my girlfriend saying how his company is doing us a huge favor by being here. We just bought a house and wanted it cleaned good before we moved in so it's not like it was disgusting. Also I don't know how he is doing us a favor when we are paying for his services. So no I will never be using platinum again.

It was a pleasure working with Platinum Restoration. Their customer service was excellent. I had my tile and carpets cleaned. The technician was very knowledgable and was very open to inform me of optional additional services, completely up to me to help with the pet dander and dirt from my big fluffy dog. I was very happy about that otherwise I wouldn't have known there was something to help with dog dander. My carpets turned out fabulous, I had a huge stain that I didn't know if it would come out but it did, and the carpets smelled very nice as well. Also my tiles in my bathroom and shower stalls came out looking like brand new, no more dirty grout lines!!

Update: After I posted my original 1 star review (see below), Jeremy got in contact with me and was very apologetic for the miscommunication. He was able to reconfigure his schedule to fit our needs, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we did not use his service because the landlord already made other arrangements for carpet cleaning. I am still omitting a star for the hassle and initial lack of response. Many owners would not take the time to contact an angry customer. He genuinely wanted to ameliorate the issue, hence the now 4 star review.

Original review: This was the biggest disappointment! I emailed Jeremy with all my information, phone number, and date I needed service. We are required to have our carpets cleaned upon moving out of our apartment, so I scheduled this way in advance (almost 2 months ago). Everything was good to go. Closer to our move out date I emailed twice to confirm the time and did not get a reply after several days. I finally called the day before the scheduled date to confirm the time only to be told that not only was my phone number incorrect, but the DATE was scheduled for a completely different day than what we agreed to in the email! The receptionist tried her best to get someone to come out, but it was too late and nothing could be done. She said they had a slot for a later date, but we will be moved out by that time. I am so disgusted that Jeremy refused to uphold his end of the bargain. I am also puzzled at how incredibly incorrect my information was recorded. I mean, emails can be read an infinite amount of times! Now we will be charged for not having it done. The worst thing is that Jeremy couldn't even give me the courtesy of an apology. An apology by the receptionist is unacceptable. This was Jeremy who dropped the ball, not the receptionist. Based on the current reviews they may or may not do a great job; I'll never know. I would recommend going with a different company that will accurately obtain the customers information, respond to questions in a timely manner, and actually show up when they promised. Hope this helps someone avoid the unfortunate experience I had.

I had Jeremy and another team member out to do my furniture and carpet and 3/8/17. I highly recommend them! They were informative, professional, and provided excellent customer service! They went above and beyond my expectations and even did some extra work. My family business always had the motto to give your customers a little more than they expect and you'll keep your customer, and it seems this company follows that standard as well. I will definitely have them back!

This was my first time with any carpet cleaning service. Jeremy arrived during the hour range he said he would, and provided a good service. My ex-roommate had a cat, with all the problems that entails. The carpet was restored, and the place looks and smells great. I'll look them up again if I ever need my floors cleaned again.
