Steven Maid Service not only helped get my home clean and organized, but they also provided constructive criticism to get me on track to keeping up with my home cleanliness myself. He and his team are very efficient, and thorough, and genuinely nice people.

Used this service to do a deep clean of an empty townhouse before new tenants moved in. Hired for 4 hours of work and I can't figure out what was actually completed. The work that was done wouldn't have taken more than a hour. With cleaning solution still on the items that were touched. The house was left in a manner I assumed they had to leave for an unexpected reason. Only to find out they were done and not planning on coming back without me paying more.

I used a different service for just a little more and very satisfied with their work.

My house no longer smells like dog! The tech who came out was on time, professional and worked his butt off getting years of pet stains and odors off our couch and carpet. Communication was quick, easy and clear all along the way. So worth the money to have this done! It will be a yearly thing for us from now on.
