I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Safer Choice Cleaning. Colin has extensive knowledge related to safe cleaning products and is extremely attentive to detail. He spent the time that was needed to clean our carpets to the extent they look "like new". My past experience with carpet cleaning providers is they are in and out of your home in no time but that is not the case with Colin. I will definitely use this company again and am relieved there is a company such as this to rely on for cleaning services.

He showed up same day (literally showed up at night after I couldn’t find anyone to do a new tenant cleaning) and went out of his way to do an amazing cleaning for us. Todd and Pink Cleaning Co. helped me with an entire home restoration project after a pipe burst in my brother's house this past winter while he was hospitalized. This was an extremely difficult and emotional situation that I had never experienced before. Todd was wonderful in guiding me thru each step of the process and provided regular communication when I live out of state. The project required removing all of the contents and Todd even thought to call and ask about things we might want to save! I could not have dealt with such an overwhelming event without having met someone like Todd. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Colin did a fantastic job with our downstairs carpet cleaning. We’ve had this carpet for 24 years and he made them look brand new! He was timely, friendly and very good at what he does. They were scheduled to clean our rugs on 1/19/2026, Monday, and no one showed up to do the job. We tried to call the business number, and left a voice message. It’s now 1/21/2026, Wednesday, and no one from the business has returned our calls. I guess they don’t need our business. Really messed up our timing on a home improvement project.

Picked up my 3 rugs today. Collin was super friendly and informative. My rugs are so clean and I’m beyond grateful for this group of gentlemen that helped clean up my rugs due to the flood we just had. They are restored and look new!
