I called Adelman's to ask about carpet and furniture cleaning. Brenda, who answered the office phone, explained the pricing and gave me a quote, then booked my appointment when I would be available. Jim and "TC" just finished cleaning my carpeting and furniture. The bill was exactly as quoted. I am so impressed with how perfect my carpeting and furniture turned out! And everything smells new and fresh! Both Jim and TC were professional and friendly. I told them not to worry about pulling out the couch or the loveseat, and to just do the traffic area in front of the furniture. But, they pulled both big pieces out and cleaned under them, too. And they found nine more kitty toys under the loveseat! Jim and TC have so much pride in doing their jobs, and they pay attention to every small detail. I am recommending Adelman's to my sister! Brenda, her name is "Laurie" in Oconomowoc, so you will know her when she calls! A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Colin and Mike just left our house . They did a great job cleaning the carpets . Both were very friendly and professional. Would recommend Adelman carpet cleaning.

They came back to retreat stains on my carpet and did a outstanding job. Mark and the crew went the extra effort to please us. We will use them again and have for over 25 years... They made it right and stood behind their great customer service!!! Keep up the good work .

I have used Adelman for years and have never had an issue until recently. After they left, I noticed a stain on the carpet. It looks like it was bleached by some chemical. We called immediately and were told that they don't use any chemicals and often this happens when there was something in the carpet that got "activated" by the water. I know there was not anything in the carpet as I had vacuumed the night before. We were told someone would contact us the next day and let us know what could be done. It has been weeks and we have not received any contact.

Really great experience from Adelman. Brenda in the office was very helpful and walked me through the process. The guys that cleaned we very concionsous and did a wonderful job. Will be recommending to my friends. Glad we did our research and went this direction.

I love Adelman’s. First time I used them in my home, they were always used at Dr’s office I had worked at. They are wonderful. They came about a month ago. I still enjoy the great job the did. My furniture looks new again and I have pets.

Excellent experience. Brought carpet back to life. Looks new again. Techs were outstanding. Scheduling was easy and they went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule.

They were excellent!! Our carpets look great, problem spots came out clean & carpet dried a lot more quickly than when we had other cleaners. We are very, very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Carpets were cleaned in October on our second floor. We did not want to walk on the carpet for several days to allow to completely dry. Upon checking the carpets, the cleaners scratched the wall. It was more than a light touch up. I called and spoke to Brenda. Same person I scheduled the service. She explained that the person who does repairs lives too far away from my house and offered $50. I have sent several emails to check on the status of the check. I received no response. I called and talked to Brenda. Rudely she said it was processed and the check should be cut next week. This has been going on for months. Next time I need carpet cleaners, will definitely find another company!

I appreciate Adelman carpet because they came over to clean our basement carpet for cat urine and after inspection they said they couldn't do anything to help. I really appreciate their honesty, rather than take my money and make promises they can't keep. In truth, our carpet was too far gone and needed to be replaced. They did the right thing by telling us it was too far gone. There was no charge for the visit. Very professional company.

We ordered both carpet cleaning and deodorizing, and were told by the scheduler to confirm services with the technician (which we thought was strange to begin with). The quoted price seemed high, but I assumed that the extra cost was due to the extra sanitization. When the technicians arrived, I confirmed the services to be provided, the technician said the deodorization wasn’t on the invoice and if I wanted to add it I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $120. The office refused to honor the originally quoted price for the ordered services so they just cleaned the carpets. Once the carpet dried, the room smelled awful. We called to ask for a remedy, but was told if we wanted them to fix the problem we would have to pay for them to return. After the carpets were “cleaned” by Adelman, I used a store bought carpet cleaner and removed a gross amount of dirt and I was able to make the room smell good again. The response from the company says we should have called to remedy the situation, but we did and were met only with excuses. I am extremely disappointed in the quality, the service, and the way this situation was handled.

We had our carpets recently cleaned and protected. We are very pleased with the high quality, efficient, professional job that was provided. I had questions about stains and the technician advised me how to treat different stains. We appreciated the eye to detail and helpfulness.

We had a really good experience starting with the ladies in the office. They explained the cleaning process for our sofa sectional and 2 bedroom carpets, happily answered all questions, and gave a quote.

The guys that came out to clean were super friendly, communicative, and paid great attention to detail. The carpets turned out amazing, and they truly tried their best to get a paint stain out of the sectional. They couldn’t get the paint all the way out (totally not their fault) but managed to remove all the other kid/pet stains and odors! This sectional was a hot mess and they made it look almost new again.

10/10 would recommend and use Adelman again.

I've used Adelman many times in the past and been happy with the service. I had them come out in September and clean my carpets as usual. Three days after the carpet cleaning, I noticed a spot on carpet they cleaned that smelled mildewy. I spent the next month researching and trying every remedy (vinegar, baking soda, oxy clean, etc) that I could find recommendations for to get rid of the smell. According to my research, this is a common issue if the water is not fully removed during the cleaning process.

Finally, I called Adelman. The person who answered was rude and condescending and refused to acknowledge that this might have been caused by the water not being fully removed from the area affected. I got the same run-around that a previous reviewer did about some hidden stain being "activated". I know the difference between pet and mold smells.

I requested that they come and reclean the area. They said they would be charging me again. I asked to speak to someone else and was told the "office manager" would call me back. That was two weeks ago and I have not received a call.

Adleman says they stand behind their work, but clearly they do not. I will now have to pay another company to fix their mistake or else replace the carpet and pad that was ruined by their negligence. If you hire them and things go well, you will be pleased as I was in the past. But if there is an issue, good luck getting it resolved.

Your customer service is seriously lacking. Calling me disingenuous for posting a sincere and honest review is in poor taste. You do not stand behind your work. Everything stated in my review was honest and accurate. I called ONE month later, as acknowledged in my review, because I tried to solve the issue on my own. Then I waited weeks for a promised call back that didn’t come. I was formerly a loyal customer, as you acknowledged in your response. You could have worked with me to fix the problem. Instead your office has been rude and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service that Joe and Ben performed. There were at least 20 pieces of various pieces of furniture and others. These two men worked non-stop for 3-4 hours. They never asked for water, I made them take the 2 waters that I gave them. They deserved 👏 them. My client and I are very very pleased 😀. I used them some years ago and the service is still the same. Exceptional!! These two employees of Adelman really deserve 10 🌟 🤩.

I am very impressed with this the Adelman crew. The workers came on time, were polite, and did a phenomenal job on my carpets. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this house spruced up! The quality of service is unmatched.

Adelman is the best carpet/furniture cleaning company in Wisconsin! If you want to go cheap and have somebody wet your carpet and look the same in two days go ahead! If you want to do it once.. and get the best value for your hard earned daller....call Adelman

I scheduled our carpet and my mother-in-laws carpet to be cleaned the same day ( yesterday) We were told 5 to 6 hours and the carpet would be dry. My 97 yr old mother-in-law had to sit in her kitchen the whole day and night as her carpet was soaking wet. We stayed in our bedroom. My mother-in-laws carpet was dry this morning however we cranked her heat up last night. Ours was still wet in areas even though our ceiling fan was on the whole time this morning. We still have some stains in the carpet. We called and left a message and they offered no solution. Were told the person that cleaned our carpet has been employed for 17 years. Now i am worried that the pad is still wet and will begin to mold. We will not recommend this company ever again.

Most of the time my family has had a good experience with this company, and we have been loyal customers for years. The most recent time (a few weeks ago), it seems that whoever came to clean our carpets at my parents house cut corners, they were supposed to move the couch and instead just lifted the couch and put the styrofoam pieces under to make it looked like the couch was moved. There were a few other spots missed as well, and It was expected the whole carpet space would’ve been cleaned, not just the visible walking space areas.
I would’ve preferred to give this feedback through email, however I couldn’t find an email on the website nor on the Facebook page.

Colin and Kenyati came early and expertly cleaned two rooms, a staircase and six large area rugs. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job.
