Roscoe of Stanley Steamer did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my home! He communicated very well and explained my options plus he took great care with my furniture. I am thrilled with the results!

I am not sure what I should have expected, but for $600 I did expect more than what I received. When the workers left I noticed that one of my air return vents was still dirty (I was told these would be removed and cleaned by the salesman), so I removed it to clean it myself. The photos below show what I found. I then thought I should look at the other vents, photos to show some of what I found.

Ben & Camren were so awesome! Very professional & very courteous. They did a great cleanup & Camren thought of me by bringing my vacuum cleaner upstairs for me.

Deshon was very cordial, professional, and thorough. He took his time and completed the work with real care, you can tell he cleans your home as if it were his own. He asked for feedback before moving to each new area, which showed great attention to detail and respect. The carpets look perfect now, just in time for our game at the house!
Highly recommend Deshon, a great person and an even better professional.

Ben came to clean our ducts today. He did an amazing job - polite, friendly and on time. He took the time to explain everything he did and showed us before an after photos. Even our vent covers are clean! I won't hesitate to schedule with Stanley Steamer again, and will request Ben.

Henry was very informative and also knowledgeable about all the products… he was able to minimize a slime and nail polish stain that have been on the carpet for some time.
He also was nice enough to let me know about the Costco and Sam’s Club discount

Job well done! Very impressed with how clean Heather and Denson got my carpeting. I had a lot of pet stains that are completely gone. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Our service provider, Roscoe, was experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. He reviewed our service plan for carpet and upholstery cleaning and made suggestions for modifications in the plan that better met our needs and ultimately reduced the cost of the services. Roscoe ensured good and consistent communication with us at each step of the process and was very thorough.

Anthony did an amazing job. He was really professional. He knew what he was doing. I was really not sure to use this company again from the last visit but Anthony really showed me how they’re still good people in this world. That still care about their job and their customers he did beyond excellence

We had an older dog that had a lot of accidents in one room. I can't afford to replace the carpets so I got them cleaned and deodorized. I carpet cleaned myself and couldn't get the smell out. I can't smell ANY of it after he was done. Floors look and smell great! Pictures don't do it justice (shadows and lighting).

Javontae did an outstanding job cleaning my older carpets. He was courteous, on time, and very professional throughout the entire service. My carpets look so much better, and I truly appreciate the care he took with his work. I would definitely recommend him, and I would love to have him come again future cleanings.

Fantastic service. Professional, helpful and excellent cleaning of carpeted areas. Tim removed spots and grime that couldn't be touched with anything else leaving carpets fresh and looking great!
