We've used A. D. Hood Cleaning for a few years at our restaurants with no issues whatsoever. He's honest, prompt, courteous and professional. A great guy with a great worth ethic. It's much appreciated.

Antwon & Gerald did a fantastic job they brought my carpet back to life. They made sure to go over every detail and answer any questions I may have . I can say I am a satisfied customer I'll be looking for more service in other areas of my house .

As long as my family and I are living in the general area, Deep Clean City will be the go to business for carpet cleaning! I placed the service call on a Monday and the Techs came out the next day in the time window mentioned. Larry arrived with his crew and broke down the cleaning process. He suggested a pre scrub on top of the deep cleaning in which I agreed to be added to the cost. The result was marvelous and the carpets only get better as they dry. I appreciate the professionalism and down to earth experience Larry provided!

Gerald's team was courteous and respectful. They did an excellent job at cleaning the carpet which had a terrible lingering smell of dog urine as well as soil stains from the previous occupants. Carpet looks almost new now compared to how it was before. Excellent service.
UPDATE! AFTER HAVING THE CARPET TREATED IT REEKS OF DOG URINE WORSE THAN BEFORE AND NOTHING GETS THE SMELL OUT! I was satisfied at first with the stains being gone BUT THE SMELL IS INTOREABLE.

I contacted them over the weekend and next morning received a nice call from James wanting to know how they could help me. Even though I was moving 4 days later they arranged for my sofa to be cleaned. No job too small and they are all about serving the customer. Rates were reasonable and the service excellent! Larry the technician who came to do the job was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk with. My sofa looks brand new and that is because Larry did an excellent job!
