I called and needed service right away for a party that I’m having. I waited until the last minute to request service and even with that, Deep Clean City was able to squeeze me in. He told me the time they would arrive and they kept that promise even with the time restraint. They were efficient, professional, and my carpet looks great. I am very pleased with the service and I will be using this service again. I definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

I am very impressed with the carpet and upholstery cleaning that Deep Clean City did. They were on time and did an awesome job. I have light berber carpeting and it looks brand new and smells so good. I had my upholstered dining room chairs done and they look great. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had a puppy that has been peeing on my carpet for about 2-3 months now and the carpet ended up getting pretty bad. I also have 3 children under the age of three that spill and get messes everywhere. Deep Clean City came into my home and cleaned my carpets so amazing! They look BRAND NEW and have no lingering smell, I am beyond thankful for the amazing service! They also got me scheduled in for the next day after I called! Thank you again!! Deep Clean City did an amazing job, cleaning my sectional couch, with the pet and odor treatment. The company was very responsive, professional, and upfront about all costs, which I appreciated. They also were able to come to my home the next day, which was very convenient.

The professional that came exceeded my already high expectations, and was extremely helpful, understanding, hard-working, and made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. The professional was able to answer all my questions, concerns, and even went out of his way to bring the cleaning solution bottle for me to review the ingredients; just to reassure me that the solution is safe, and not toxic.

I was skeptical at first.The price seemed to good to be true! He came from Milwaukee to my place in Fredonia. My carpets were stained n’ saturated in toddler urine. This man not only did 3 large rooms but he completely disinfected and deodorized the entire carpets. They were insanely quick and thorough. I’ve told my friends and family about this company. They were exceptional! I feel quirky for ever doubting him. Not to mention they were professional sweet and efficient

After 2 failed attempts with a nationwide company, I knew local was going to be better.

Deep Clean does not play about carpets. I’ve been told twice now to just replace the carpet, and “those stains will never come out”. Well, stains are GONE. Carpets look brand new and we are beyond happy over here.

Crew was friendly, professional and very accommodating to the work environment.

I have used other carpet cleaning companies and saw these folks online. I am so impressed I have a new puppy that had his had many accidents I even tried cleaning the carpets with myself with no success. They came in were extremely professional and I don't think my carpets ever looked that good since the day I purchase them I will definitely use them again

He did an awesome job and checked that i was satisfied before moving on to next area. He had a smile to brighten any room & never showed anything other than professional. Collins did an absolutely fantastic job refreshing our carpets! Not only did he make them look brand new, but he was also a joy to work with. His pleasant attitude made the whole experience enjoyable!

WORST CARPET CLEANING EVER! I'm going to have to hire someone else to come back and redo it. Unless you pay for the extra services, they skim over your carpet. I couldn't see any difference when they were done. There was still hair all over the carpet. If I had vacuumed it a few times, it would have looked better than what they did.

I used the Groupon and the first thing they asked me was about extra services before they were even in the door. And even though the Groupon stated that it covered a 200 square foot room, they would not do inside the closet of my 100 square foot room. (Would have been a total of 128square feet.) That would have been extra, of course.

Then they wanted an extra $7 for tax. When I asked how he calculated that, he couldn't tell me. I had to call the office and he had to call me back (after he figured out what to tell me.) He said it was miscalculated and should be $5.60 for a $120 value. So even though I paid $44, they are going to report $120 income to the state and pay the state the $5.60??? I find that exceptionally hard to believe.

Hands- down, Deep Clean City is really best carpet cleaning company!We selected them based on google reviews.And I like the fact that Mr. James gave us a better quote than other cleaning services!The carpets look like new. In fact this is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used in 5 years living in this apartment!Their pricing can't be beat!!!

The quality of work is horrible. I am very disappointed and out of money because now I have to clean my carpet to cover the mess that they made. They put water on the carpet but only actually cleaned some spots, which are very noticeable. Then tried to talk me out of more money to do what should have been done in the first place.

Amazing work! Very personable and professional. Didn’t try to up charge or give any extra stuff we didn’t need. You can tell they love what they do and have been doing it for years! Will use them again and again!

Revised: After allowing my carpet to dry for a week and not entering the rooms an additional week, I noticed the walk ways didn't get as much TLC as I pointed out to the crew. The Stain was lighter but not gone completely. Also considering the price change after coming , I'd rate them 3/4 stars.
