Wow, I am beyond thankful for the Deep Clean City family! I was in dyer need for Air Duct cleaning for my new home. Not only did they accommodate the time frame that I needed it done by, they also had the best price in the city! Very professional and empathetic to my budget. Hire these guys. I am PICKY and they exceeded my expectations. They had a good price and my carpets look new and smell amazing. The gentleman who completed the work today was great. I will be having them back to do the remaining 2 rooms I didn’t have done.

Gerald and shorty did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. They also very friendly with great customer service skills.

I hired this company to clean the carpet in my bedroom and also paid extra for their recommended pet treatment. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. After the cleaning, I still found pet hair along the edges of the room and visible pet stains that were supposed to be treated.

When I called the owner to address this, I was told I would need to hire someone else to handle the edging because they “don’t have the specialized tool”, even though I was only referring to the surface of the carpet where pet hair was still visible. When I asked why a professional carpet cleaning company wouldn’t even have a vacuum cleaner, I was told they could send the technician back, but it “wouldn’t do much” since they don’t have the right equipment.

In my opinion, a professional carpet cleaning service should leave the carpet free of hair and properly treat stains, especially after charging extra for pet treatment. Instead, I was left with carpets that don’t look much different than before and excuses when I raised my concerns. Very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this company. Just sharing my experience, yours may be different.

Wonderful company to work with! They got our windows washed on short notice before we listed our house. We had Kris, and he did an AMAZING job. The windows are absolutely sparkling! I had no idea how complicated it is to properly wash all the windows, especially in our 1927 house. He took all the old windows apart and washed each pane individually. Never would have been able to do it ourselves. Thank you for a great service!

I first met Jeff in 1994 when he was cleaning the windows of the subway that I worked for after seeing what kind of job he did at the subway I started having him do my home window he always left and gave me a clear outlook on life as I could see through my windows cuz they were clear since then I have had Jeff clean my home windows twice a year and I have never ever been displeased with his work his crew is just as good as he is and they are very polite hard-working and very conscientious on how they leave the house when they're done thanks Jeff and first class for a clear outlook on life

Dirt IS for gardens not glass says it all perfectly. First Klass guys are truly first class. They show up at your business quietly move things in their way out of the way and then meticulously clean every bit of glass to streak free brilliance. Outside they make quick work of our single story façade windows, hundreds of feet of tall windows without disturbing anyone or anything other than the misplaced dirt. Even had them wash the siding and upper windows at our home where grime had built up over years, the house looked brand new. Highest recommendation!!!

We had our 2nd floor Pella windows cleaned which involved inside, outside and between the glass where blinds or shades are installed. We also had the custom over size Pella patio door done. Kris did an excellent job! It was arranged for him to return to do the foyer inside glass once we found out how to remove the sun shade so those windows between the glass could be done! Jeff was so easy to work with and he made sure the job was done to our satisfaction!!! Thank you for the extra effort. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed!
