Always love our experience with Stanley Steemer on Lincoln. They’re on time with their arrival windows, send notifications of gps arrival which is so handy, and they do a quick but thorough job of carpet cleaning. We love them and will continue to use! Javere and Marvyair came today and our carpet is FLAWLESS! Thank you guys!

We had stains in our carpet that I thought would not come out. Shane did an excellent job, above and beyond what I expected. Our carpets looked brand new after he finished. He also was very respectful of the property, wearing slippers and protecting the furniture and doorways. He took time to set out fans and mop around the carpet to dry it as much as possible prior to leaving. He was extremely thorough and I am confident the carpets are clean and sanitized now. I will request Shane from now on when I call Stanley Steemer to set up the regular cleanings and for other services they provide such as air duct cleaning.

Michael arrived at the beginning of our scheduled service time. He let us know when he would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Carpet looks great!👍

Called last week for carpet/floor/recliner cleaning. Had I not had other plans, they could have come the very next day! WOW! Javontae D., our technician, came within the expected time frame today. He was very polite and respectful. Had me check for any particular issues that might be of particular
concern He patiently explained how the work would be done, asking if I had any questions. He did not rush at all. Like I was his only customer that day. He kept making sure everything was completed to my standards. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. I will need additional cleaning done in the future. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again and would request this young man, if he is available (hope so!) Just patiently waiting for carpeting to dry, hoping it will continue to look as nice as it does now. So happy a family member recommended this company to us.

Roger from Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job cleaning my condo! He was thorough, efficient, and left the place looking and smelling great. On top of that, he had a ton of personality—super friendly and easy to talk to. It’s always nice when someone not only does quality work but also brings great energy. Highly recommend Roger!

Heather was wonderful! She arrived within the service window, looked at what rooms we needed cleaned and explained the process. She also told us about their maintenance program which we signed up for since we'll have more room projects in the near future. She was extremely friendly and easy to chat with. I just wanted to share a fantastic experience I had recently! Jose came over to help with my carpet cleaning, and honestly, he was absolutely amazing. Not only did he do an incredible job, leaving everything spotless, but he was also super friendly and clearly knew everything there is to know about getting carpets looking their best!

Cody was AWESOME! I was at work so my 16 & 18 yr old sons were home and he was very respectful and polite! He went over everything with them before he began and he did a phenomenal job! My carpet has gotten a little bad over these last few years but he brought life back into it and I’m so grateful!

My first experience was not good after I left a two star review they contact me and came out and did a reclean. The technician name was Roscoe that came out, he explained everything, he was very professional. went up and beyond, and he did an excellent job on my carpet. Job well done! I’m happy now

I hired Stanley Steemer to come out & clean two bedrooms for my buyers closing on a house soon. They were able to get out there the next day & also get stains out of the carpet I didn’t think were possible to get out!! My clients are super happy with the work & I was impressed with the quick turnaround. Highly recommen!

Good price but my carpet didn’t look much cleaner after the service. I’m disappointed. My carpet wasnt filthy to begin with and had concerns in the high traffic areas as well as some spots. The same spots are there. If I scrub it with a cloth and dawn it would wash out easily. My expectations were too high with Stanley Steamer. Photos taken after. A little unfair to not have before photos of my carpet, I know. I feel like all I have is wet carpet with a very superficial water vacuum. Customer service was pleasant. Booking was same day. Overall disappointed. After voicing my concerns…He did leave me with a new bottle of spot treatment so I could do it my dam self.
The carpet is dry now and it looks as if I didn’t even get a professional cleaning. It doesn’t look like my carpet has been cleaned at all. IM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. I WILL CALL IN THE MORNING TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT. New photos include the spot remover he gave me to treat the spots. That’s what I thought the Professional Cleaning was for!!

Both gentlemen were courteous, professional, and friendly. They got the job done well and within my time expectations. They took time to explain what the aftercare was for our furniture and other items that would come in contact with the moisture that would remain (as is expected with a steam clean). I would definitely recommend them and truly hope they are my assigned technicians when we hire Stanley Steamer in the future. My husband has allergies so it’s a pretty high probability!

Customer support did an excellent job keeping me informed about my appointment. I received updates well in advance and text notifications when the technician was on the way. Ricardo, the carpet technician, arrived promptly and was friendly, professional, and thorough. He did an amazing job! The service was fast, efficient, and my basement stairs look brand new—and smell fresh, too. I’ll definitely use Stanley Steemer again and highly recommend their services.

We set an appointment to service our hood. Never showed up, never called to reschedule. I called several times after left V.M and still no response. Would not recommend.

Came into work this morning and my hood vents looked beautiful!! We've tried other companies in the past, but none of them compared to how detailed A.D. has done them. Thank you for a job well done.
