I've been getting maintenance every year since they installed my furnace. The equipment they installed is solid and reliable. I trust their expertise. They were also able to replace my water heater.

Came out within an hour of my call, replaced the thermostat. Friendly and speedy. Kinda pricey for a thermostat but worth it on a frigid day just to get it done.

He came out in a timely fashion on the weekend. Since he had to purchase part that is not usually needed, he purchased the item Monday morning. In the mean time, he got my heat to work for the rest of the weekend. On Monday, he came out early and not only fixed my furnace, he also gave it a tune up, which wasn't part of the problem.

Ryan did a fast and efficient job of relighting the pilot light on my gas water heater and checking that the gas furnace was working properly after my basement got flooded with 10 inches of water this past weekend. Due to their high call volume, I did have to wait a couple of days for service but it was well worth the wait. This is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ryan!!!

Great service, the tech was very personable. They were able to find out the issues with our furnace and fix it quickly. Would highly recommend this business for all your Hvac needs.

They're very trustworthy. actually take there time to diagnose youre problems with the unit. 10/10 will be sticking around with them for all my heating/cooling problems. As a first time home owner gave me plenty tips and pointers to keep my a/c unit maintenance up to date.

Ryan came out to look at what I needed fixed on furnace and took care of it right away at a good price. Will definitely have them take care of heating and cooling needs in the future. Very easy to work with and schedule.

Family owned business that goes above & beyond to ensure customers are taken care of promptly and professionally, with reasonable repair costs. I've recommended them to many friends and colleagues, who have also had incredible results. They are fair and efficient, and don't ty to up-sell like other companies.

Had an issue with our exhaust blower for our furnace and the technician was very responsive and took care of it quickly. Very happy with the service!

My water heater died and I called E&R Heating thinking it would be a few days before they could get to me. They asked if they could come the next day and within 24 hours of the water heater breaking I had a new water heater and hot water. They did an amazing job installing the new water heater. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heating, cooling, or water heater work.

Ryan was able to come out the day I called. Showed me why some rooms weren’t getting heat and fixed the issue. He and his son serviced both furnaces and I feel confident that we’ll stay warm this winter

The staff of this company provided excellent service. They installed a hvac system to my home. They provided a plan on the install/remodel process and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

We had our hot water heater replaced. Ryan and his son showed up on the time they said they would be there. They had the job done in a very timely manner and were able to do the job the day after I called for service. Very dependable, highly recommended.

Brett of E&R Heating was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the service that was provided on my two furnaces. He identified an aging issue that was brought to my attention and expertly replaced the identified piece with my approval. He was extremely courteous and provided wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend using this great company again as they stand by their work and are reasonably affordable.

Called E&R Heating on a Tuesday evening because my furnace was not blowing hot air. To my surprise they said they’d be here in 30 minutes. Sure enough they showed up, and started to troubleshoot the unit. I chatted with them for most of the time, they are very nice guys who do excellent work. They fixed it up that night, and the house is now warm and ready for winter.
