The customer service is so terrible at this etablishment that I am contacting the contractor who referred me to them to discuss my utter and complete disatisfaction. As a business owner in the service industry for over 23 years, it's obvious that the individual at their front desk is absolutely ill equipped to interact with customers. They clearly lack propper training but the larger issue is that someone actually put them in that position in the first place. It speaks volumes about the organization as a whole. Treating customers with common courtesy and respect is a fairly low bar for most organizations. Not so for Able KBS.
