Wonderful, friendly and thoroughly professional company! Four years ago Jay Schneiss was able to replace my ugly outdated wood burning stove with a beautiful, sleek gas fireplace model at a fraction of the cost quoted to me by another company. An additional company I contacted, said it couldn't be done! It was indeed a challenge to make this conversion, but Jay said he liked a challenge, and found a way to make it work! It's exactly what we wanted, & we love it!! They also have replaced our entire outdated HVAC system with a new energy efficient system & perform the yearly maintenance! His employees are well trained, excellent at their jobs, and just really nice people who are a pleasure to have in your home! I highly recommend Schneiss Heating & Air Conditioning!

Found out I needed a new furnace and had to scramble to get quotes before making a decision on who to use. Jay came out and quoted the job fielding all my questions and provided advice as well as options for the job. Ultimately, I ended up with four quotes and chose Schneiss because of the competitive bid along with the comfort level I had after meeting Jay. A couple days later I met the installers at my place who were on time and friendly, completing the installation in a timely manner and I returned to a warm home after work, just in time for winter.

Andrew was very good. He is very friendly and tuned up our furnace and air conditioner. He was very though and the price is right for what you get! He replaced parts when needed (everything is 20 + yrs old). He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, well be calling again!

When our furnace went out, I called Schneiss, and the owner came out to diagnose the problem himself. Then he came back an hour later with a used blower/motor to get it running again until they could replace it with a new Carrier furnace the next week. They didn’t charge me for the repair visits or the used motor and gave us a very good deal on the new furnace. He also threw in a new thermostat at no charge. The guys who later replaced the furnace got right to work and knew what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Our furnace decided to go out on a Saturday morning and we contacted Schneiss Heating and Air Conditioning. We ended up needing a new furnace and we were walked through it step-by-step. They were willing to answer all of our questions and everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind. I feel this company is very honest and we got a superior product for what we paid. I would highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs!

We purchased our home 8 months ago and the a/c was not cooling. Schneiss had their service schedule on the unit.

I called Schneiss and our regular HVAC company we've used in the past. Schneiss made the time to fit us in on the same day. The company I've used for years told me five days minimum.

Schneiss is now our go to HVAC company. They were very friendly and helpful.

Great service is hard to find nowadays. Schneiss exercised great service. Our family truly appreciated their efficiency and willingness to help us.

We had Schneiss fix our fireplace. Last year at some point I cleaned the unit. The logs were moved and the fireplace was very sooty. The technician came out in December and after we still had an issue. I called to pay and mention that the issue as still occurring. They offered to send a second technician at no charge. This time the unit was fixed and the unit has never been cleaner. I am beyond happy they warrantied there work. We we definitely have them come out for routine maintenance on our furnace and AC.

Yesterday my husband and I noticed that the house was kind of warm, but the AC was on. We noticed the fan on the condenser outside wasn’t running. We shut off the AC and opened the windows. I then searched for local HVAC companies. I always read reviews and Schneiss had good reviews so at 8 am this morning, I called and left a message. They called back about 25 minutes later. I was told a tech would be out between 12-4 pm. Being that the temp is supposed to get to 94 degrees today, I totally understood. Less than an hour later Jay (owner) called me to say he would be stopping out as the tech wasn’t going to be able to make it. He fixed the unit in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend this group for your HVAC needs. I’ll be calling again in the next month or so to schedule a furnace check up for the winter! Thank you Jay & Team!

My experience with Schneiss was a great experience start to finish. They are good people and good techs. They definitely earned a customer for life. I can't recommend them enough. John came out today to check on My AC and Furnace. Very knowledgeable and Professional. Went the extra mile and showed me some tips and tricks for maintenance to avoid minor calls in the future. Also helped me understand some of the basics behind these systems and what to look for as I start to look at replacing them. Overall great service. They answered my questions right on the phone and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. Loved that they didn't have to come to my house to give me a quote. Great personal service! Installers competent and knowledgeable. Owner, Jay personally came to give us a quote (which by the way was lower in price compared to other local companies) and came over during the install to check on the job. Highly recommend!

The owner came out to assess our needs, we had a quote within 24 hours and they had a new furnace in within a week. They even held the new AC unit (and deferred the cost) until the following spring when they came and finished the install. So simple for us, THANK YOU!

I contacted Schneiss to service our gas fireplace recently. I couldn't be more happy with the service their technician (John) performed for us. Very, very reasonably priced service charge conpared to other companies I contacted. John was incredibly professional and was a great communicator. He answered all my questions and provided some additional information on caring for and using our fireplace. He was fantastic. I highly recommend this company!

Had a new air conditioner installed in June 2024. The team for installation came on time was respectful of our home and did a great job! They also evaluated both of my furnaces and our existing air conditioner.(We have two furnaces and air conditioners in our home). They have also helped me in a pinch in the past. When our air conditioner went out. And they took the extra steps to make sure they could swing by on the same day to evaluate. The only suggestion I could give is to be 100% clear on communication of costs.

We are extremely happy with our selection of Schneiss to replace our heating and air conditioning units. The features, pricing and replacement process were fully explained when we were given a quote. Installers were on time, professional, personable and considerate of property.
*Several months after this installation, we scheduled a Schneiss gas fireplace cleaning and inspection. It seemed there was a light layer of dust on the inside of our 16-year-old fireplace we couldn't completely remove, and we wanted to make sure it was operating properly. The technician arrived promptly, was careful of surrounding furnishings, and thoroughly cleaned the furnace. We were happy to hear it's in good shape, but are now enjoying a better view and peace of mind.

Today was the fourth time we have worked with Schneiss. We’ve had them clean our duct work when we first moved into our new home, install a new central air unit, a check in on it & now they came to check on our unit not working today (in super hot temps). Each time the staff have all been friendly and helpful. Mark was the tech that came today and he simply went above and beyond. He came and checked and found everything to be running properly. Shortly after leaving the fan stopped working altogether and he was still communicating to walk me through next steps and troubleshooting to see what to do next. Unfortunately we used another company to install our furnace which was the source of the problem. That company didn’t stand behind their work and won’t fix it but Mark was still offering suggestions and best next steps. He honestly didn’t have to do any of that. Each time we’ve had them come to work at our house they have been friendly, straightforward and helpful. We would absolutely recommend working with Schneiss.

Schneiss exceeded my expectations! They installed a new furnace, A/C and garage heater at my personal residence and maintain our A/C and furnace at our business. Office staff is friendly and attentive, installers are punctual and knowledgeable and the owner Jay even stopped by to make sure the install was going well. They are affordable, honest and stand behind their work. 10/10 recommend!

We can't say enough great things about Schneiss Heating & Air. Jay Schneiss personally came to our rescue when our A/C unit was on it's last leg on one of the hottest days in Aug. 2023 to give us an estimate for a new unit. We decided to go one step further and get a full estimate on a new furnace as well. We had several estimates and Jay was the most knowledgeable, honest and reasonable by far. He also stayed on top of everything from ordering the units to install date and checking on his awesome crew at installation. Great work!!
