Constraction reviews in Windsor, Wisconsin

Came and started early in the morning for the roof of our restaurant. When the lunch rush started they ended up taking their lunch so the noise didnt bother our guests. And, they were completely finished before dinner even started. Definitely would use these guys again.

We are very pleased with Badgerland Property Service ! Troy and Cole came out immediately after the storm damage and patched some holes so their would be no leaks until the roof was done. They kept in touch daily and we had a new roof within a very short period of time ! His crew did a great job and cleaned everything up so the area was spotless ! I highly recommend Troy and Cole of Badgerland Property Service !

I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Troy and the folks at Badgerland Property services are truly a top shelf organization. From the initial visit to job completion it was truly a pleasure. Troy stays in contact throughout the process and either he or another owner is on site most of the day of the project. Their crew is punctual and very friendly. i was equally impressed by the crew who walked the perimeter of the house the whole day cleaning up. Badgerlands prices are most competitive and he offers a great shingle and workmanship warranty. i guess what sold me on this company was Troy who took the time to explain every thing to me and how the process worked. He came back a day later with bigger samples when i was having a hard time deciding on color. I hope this is my last roof, at my age, but if i need another i will not hesitate to call the great folks at Badgerland Property Services jay

They are magnificent! They put a new roof on my home in about 1/2 of a day. There was absolutely NO mess left. You would not know I had a new roof put on that morning.

The workers were kind and respectful.
Troy, the owner, is congenial, understanding and pays attention to your every concern and need. He’s very efficient.
I’m so happy I had Badgerland property service replace my roof. I know if there is any problems he’ll take care of it in a timely manner.

Troy was referred to us by a friend to reshingle our roof damaged by hail.  Troy was timely and attentive to our concerns regarding the project.  Troy provided us with a VERY reasonable price for our new roof and he worked to accommodate our schedule.  Troy, his Son, and his Crew completed the new roof project in one afternoon.  The Badgerland Crew returned the next morning to tie up a few loose ends.  Done! Badgerland will be completing our siding replacement project!  We definitely recommend Badgerland Property Service to anyone looking to get a quality roof project completed efficiently and at a very affordable price. Thank you Troy! Sheila & Jeff Heiman

We went with Badgerland because Troy and his son Cole were awesome to us. Troy was very professional and made sure we were getting what we needed. He had awesome quality material from the roofing, gutters and exterior. He gave us the best. I really am in love with my boardenbatten that was put on our home. Everything is beautiful. Thank you Badgerland, Troy and Cole for working with us to make our home shine. I will always recommend this company to everyone that needs a facelift on their homes. If we could give them a thousand stars, we would.

We would highly recommend Troy and Cole and this company for all the work they have done on our house. They are honest and work with you to help you get what you need and want. The roofers did an excellent job on our home, from the start to cleaning up. So kind and fast. There’s so much I could say about this wonderful company. Thank you all for everything you have done for us. My wife and I appreciate you all.

They communicated well & understood our need to add some curb appeal to our house. The crew was polite, worked hard & respected our property. I would recommend Badgerland Property Service

Had a wonderful experience working with Cole & Troy! Our new roof was covered by a hail claim and was completed in one day - it looks awesome and the crew that did it was very efficient and respectful. Since we knew we were getting a new roof, we asked them to humor us with a quote for new soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and siding. We honestly thought we couldnt afford to do it, but were curious to see if their claim of saving money for others was true. The quote came in at about half of what we expected, so we pulled the trigger. Our house looks awesome... basically brand new on the outside. We've gotten so many compliments from friends and even from strangers walking by. Highly recommend working with Badgerland Property Service! 10/10

Troy was great to work with. He went through all the different options and we ended up going with his recommendation. We couldn’t be happier. His crew showed up on time and they never left a mess. In the past I’ve attempted some home projects on my own, you can totally tell this job was done by professionals. Thanks Troy!

My roof and a couple of windows were damaged by hail and needed to be replaced. Badgerland Property Service helped me work with my insurance company to accomplish the needed replacement of both. They were very helpful and did an outstanding job. I have received many compliments on the job that was done.

We had damage to the fascia of our house with all the wind. It was hanging down and banging against the side of the house. I called and Cole was so helpful. He sent someone out to the house within the hour. They took the broken piece down and came back the next day to replace it...ON THANKSGIVING DAY! I can't say enough about Cole. He was kind, efficient, and attentive. Thanks, Cole. I appreciate you.

Thank you Troy and team. You went above and beyond my expectations! Appreciate all the hard work and craftsmanship that went into making my home look amazing! Looking forward to future projects.

Thanks

Highly Recommend. Troy and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof and painting our soffits. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The timeline was exactly as promised. Cleanup was also top-notch, they left the area spotless. We are really happy with the quality of work and would absolutely recommend Troy and his team to anyone needing roofing and painting services.

Troy and his team did great work on replacing our roof after hail damage. They came and met with the insurance adjuster to show what they saw when reviewing the roof. Then they re-shingled the roof in a day while we were out of town. It was a simple process.

Troy and the crew were excellent to work with! They made the whole process effortless on my end, from start to finish. Troy dealt with my insurance company and worked to get everything figured out. After the new roof was done, everything was cleaned up to perfection. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend Badgerland for any roofing needs.
