We contacted ServiceMasters for a biohazard clean in a commercial setting. After placing an initial call, Chad followed up immediately. He was onsite within the hour to inspect the unit so he could provide an accurate quote. After, he had a team scheduled to complete the job within two days. His customer service was above average. I would highly recommend service masters for any jobs!

We had a water leak in a 3’ square closet in our finished basement. For pulling up the carpeting in the area and putting 2 fans and a humidifier on it for two days they charged us over $800. They also pulled off baseboards (which didn’t need to be taken off) and then left without putting anything back together. I consider this an exorbitant price for 1/2 a job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had Service Master provided for us by our insurance after our roof leaked and they needed to take down some ceiling drywall to be replaced. They are the most respectful and knowledgeable people I've had do any work in our house. I couldn't be more pleased with them! They made sure I was comfortable with the plan they made and every step of the way they informed me what was happening. They made sure my items where cared for and cleaned everything so well. They did everything so respectfully, I couldn't ask for a better company to work in my house!

I have used places like this in the past for different things and reasons. I can honestly say that working with David and his crew was such an easy and fun experience! The crew that came and did the cleaning were so fun and we had a blast with them. They were so much fun and very professional at the same time

Can I give Scott Smith and his team 10 stars?A burst pipe and completely flooded basement were not in our plans this week. Scott and his team have been nothing short of amazing. They have worked tirelessly to remove the inch or so of water, tear out all of the carpeting, and tear down drywall, and have done so with smiles on their faces. We are so very grateful!

Scott was a very polite and personable gentleman. We had a little water dripping from our pantry ceiling and couldn't tell where it was coming from. He explained everything he was looking for and doing respectfully. Just overall courteous.

We had a blockage in our plumbing. Within 24 hours, Service Master was at our house and ready to start the restoration process. They coordinated beautifully with our insurance and the employees were a pleasure to work with.
