I think I just experienced the best home repair service ever. The call was fielded promptly, professionally, and kindly. The service technician was amazing. Quick, efficient, and supremely capable. He was thorough and very helpful pointing out issues I was dealing with. All of this was after hours as well. He worked diligently until the problem was solved. If I could give more stars, I would. A++

I had an outstanding experience with 3D Air Service. The entire process was exceptionally smooth, beginning with scheduling the appointment. Communication was fantastic throughout, including a helpful notification when the technician was on the way.

The technician arrived exactly on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Best of all, everything was fixed within 45 minutes.

I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for their annual maintenance program, which I believe is an incredible value. I highly recommend 3D Air Service to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and knowledgeable HVAC service!

I hate having HVAC problems but I love knowing that 3D Air Services is a phone call away and I will have prompt service with a smiling face. Clay came out in the dreadful heat and repaired our issue. He seemed to be a hard working guy and very courteous. I haven’t met a technician employed by 3D that I would not want returning to my home. Highly recommend!

Brad came out and ran some tests to find out why my A/C unit stopped running. He cleaned the outside unit and it was back up and running again! Only that next morning around 2:30 I woke up realizing it was abnormally warm in the house. 75 degrees is what the thermostat read. I called later that morning to schedule another appointment. Brad came out again (which I am thankful for. I like, if possible, to have the same person on appointments until they are completely resolved.) Turns out that the blower motor was bad. Brad helped me make an informed decision and thankfully the part was under warranty, Brad brought it the next day. I ended up getting an updated surge protector for the attic machine and a better air filter as a preventative measure in hopes that this won't happen again. Brad was super nice, courteous and helpful. We now have A/C and I hope it stays that way. Thank you Brad and 3D Air.

The tree removal was okay , but they rutted my yard ,tore up my st Augustin grass,two flower beds and did not remove all the branches.
