Colton Lombardy was easy to work with and quick to communicate. His estimate came in a lot lower than others... And while sometimes that can be a bad sign ("exactly what are you going to leave out?"), He gave GREAT SERVICE and everything was exactly as I expected it to be.

Colton is great guy! Helped me out at with my a/c capacitor in the evening time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again. Give this guy a call!!

Colton arrived when he said he would and walked me through every step of diagnosing and resolving the problems. (There actually were two.) He came to a point where the fix had two options with one considerably more expensive than the other. Some companies would simply have pushed for the expensive option, but not Colton. I do appreciate the honesty.

Colton is awesome! He works hard, knows what he's doing, and is the most honest HVAC repairman and person you'll ever deal with. He doesn't try to stick it to you when you're in a time of need (cause we all know we need that AC during these hot and humid Alabama summers.) He shows up ASAP and gets the job done. Colton Lombardy and his wife work hard to have a business that reflects their values. He is a very positive guy, and does great work. He helped us troubleshoot and figure out the problem with our unit, and we went from thinking we were going to have to replace the unit to it being a small fix that got us through another year!

There is no reason to search for anyone else, if you want a good, efficient system, or need an honest opinion to diagnose a problem, use Colton. O goodness where do I start. We found Colton online when our AC randomly stop working. His reviews caught my eye and I can definitely see why. We called him kind of late and he answered thank goodness and told us he would be out first thing the next morning and he was. He was on time, very nice and got the job done quickly. He even wore a mask. Definitely our new AC guy. Would recommend to anybody.

Update to my first review: Woke up Sunday morning to the smell of electric smoke in the house. After I figured out what it was I called these guys. He was booked up but was able to swing by on Monday to check it out. Got a call and he said it was fixed. I am so satisfied with SCHVAC. If you live near Alabaster, give these guys a call first if nothing more to get a good solid honest opinion of your particular problem. I promise you will not be sorry you did! Thanks Guys!

Well, where should I start? I have been using another company for my AC units for the past 8 years. Well they have changed their name recently and obviously changed their business model as well. Spent 30 minutes waiting for their out of state call center to answer today. Not to happy about that. Did a search on local companies and am so glad I did. Called Roy and he answered on the second ring. 40 minutes later he was working on the unit. Turned out to be something pretty simple but the part was an odd one so he got everything running as best he could so the heat would work. Am very impressed with his service and knowledge. If anyone is looking for an honest AC repair company, look no further. I don't usually recommend companies to folks as I feel obligated when I do, but this is the rare case where I am sold and if I ever need ANY AC work done this is the only place I will call.

Heater went out on one of the colder days of the year at 4:30pm, made a call and had Daniel at my house within 30 minutes. I cannot overstate how happy I am with the entire experience. He was very easy to work with and extremely patient and courteous. The service was high quality and very fairly priced. This is my second time working with this family business, and I'm just as happy as the first time. You will get quality, honest, personal service. This company has my business for life!

They came to my house told me that I needed a new air compressor. Thankfully it was covered under warranty. They handled everything very well and professionally. Plus their prices were half of most large corporations. Next time I have an ac issue I'm calling them.

5/10/16 Roy came out to my house today for an ac issue. He repaired my issue quickly and charged a fair rate. I will always count on Southern Comfort to service my ac.

Southern Comfort is by far the best company to use for your heating and cooling needs. A friend referred me to them for a second opinion on my ac unit. One company had been out and said that we needed a new system. I called southern comfort and they fixed it for 125.00. Ants got into the unit. 20 minutes later and we were running the ac. It is so nice to have the peace of mind, knowing you have found such an honest and professional person. I appreciate them so much for saving us 5,000.00. Nobody will ever compare to them. Thank you for your honesty and quick quality of work!

3D Air Service is sterling.!!! The technicians have serviced our HVAC for over 5 years with 3D's twice a year checkup change the filter plan. They treat us like family - rare in these times!!!

For years ALL the techs have been knowledgeable and professional. They have answered our multiple technical questions. ( My husband is a retired engineer. LOL) . You will not find service from better service people. They are unbeatable!!!

In recent years Austin Shattuck has been the tech whose warm, outgoing personality makes us feel glad to see him coming. He is a family man who is a delight to know. He is not only experienced, but is also well read and up to date in the field. We always know we are getting the best!
