Called Turn Key Friday night, the tech Nathan was at our house prior to 8am. Most efficient call ever! Nathan asked a few questions, knew exactly that it was the blower in the upstairs unit that wasn't working. Went to the parts store and came back and finished installing before 4 pm. Spent maybe an hour in our house total but was amazing!!! Fixed the problem, was amazing and would completely recommend everytime!

Technician took time to diagnose problem and then explained it and gave options. After correcting problem he came back out a week later to make sure everything was good. Excellent service and knowledge. Nathaniel was great and obviously knows what he is doing.

Jerrod is very courteous and professional. Not only did he repair the system issue, but he explained what he needed to do in detail. I now have the maintenance plan with Turn Key and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Very impressed with company! Logan with Turn Key Heating and Air came out on the Fourth of July (2023) to assess the situation with our HVAC unit that we were already told by another company that it needed replacing. Who else would come out on a holiday. Logan confirmed this, and company promptly replaced our unit two days later. They were very professional. The cost for unit and labor costs were fair.

Couldn't be happier with installation and cost our heat pump system from Turnkey Heating and Air. Began to have doubts about another company we used for years. Turnkey was recommended by builder neighbor. They installed a better system for over $3,000(!) less in 1 day (compared to 2 days) as quoted by other contractor and the guys were polite, explained the system to us and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend.

We recently moved in to a newly built home and the air conditioner, installed by Turn Key, kept cutting out when heating. Turn Key, specifically Nathan, went above and beyond in fixing this issue, kept coming out to our property and working on solutions, until we finally now have an entirely new and fully functioning system. His perseverance and his dedication to his work is exemplary.

We' ve had quite a few things come up home repair wise that cost us thousands of $$ and the experience was super poor and disappointing. Top notch service! When the technician was done I instantly programmed them into my phone for future services. The technician was great good customer service didn't overcharge me the company worked me into the schedule when I had an emergency very good customer service they provided me. My 2yr old unit wasn't blowing cold air at all. Called up our warranty company and Turn Key was assigned to us. Jarrod came out and did a phenomenal job! He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and very informative. Fixed what was wrong in a snap and told me things to watch out for. Definitely will request him again for any future needs!

I am a high school teacher whose air went out on the LAST Sunday afternoon of summer break. I called Turn Key because they both offered 24-hour service and had excellent reviews. From the time the gentleman answered until the time my unit was repaired….was less than an hour. The repairman was kind, professional, and made sure I didn’t spend my last night of summer vacation miserably hot. I highly recommend this company and am very thankful for their help.

Well, with my experience, Turn Key Heating & Air LLC are very professional, their customer service is excellent Mrs. Francis is awesome. And their service is hands down. I called in a serve call at 8:00 am they call me back and set up an appt for 10:00 that day. It took the tech about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 15 to fix and test. The Tech was very polite, experienced and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Turn Key in the future.

Had Turn Key repair team come out this week and diagnose my HVAC heat problem on one of my units. They did a great job replacing the fan motor and did the work very quickly. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use Turn Key for all of my HVAC issues. They are awesome!
