They scheduled me quickly, the technician was professional and nice to talk to. I dealt the fee charged was very reasonable. This was my first time using Mainline and will use them again.

My technician Craig Coffey is the best one in this industry. He scheduled my “summer cooling check” maintenance visit in March vs. May because he wanted to be “early.” I really appreciated his attention to detail and thorough inspection. Craig found a leak in my downstairs system and all of my Freon had leaked out. He put together a plan and replaced the Freon. He even gave me his cell to check in if my Freon leaks out soon and then we go to plan B.
I continue to work with Mainline year after year (since 2015) because they provide superior customer service. Thank you, Craig!

Mainline installed our new central unit (inside and out), and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They actually arrived early, which was a great start. There was a small issue with the unit from the manufacturer, but they handled it quickly and professionally without any hassle on our end.

Got a quote today for an AC replacement for my house. The guy that showed up was very polite but was very unprepared in my opinion. He showed up with no paperwork. He did nothing to try and sell me on anything he had to offer from his basic to his fancier equipment. The quotes I got for various brands/efficiency ratings seemed like guesses.

Jared and Frances were both awesome. Frances was welcoming over the phone and followed up as she said she would. When Jared arrived to our house, he was efficient, friendly, and welcoming. He had previously been to our home for a reinspect and was called back to check the upstairs unit. Well, the unit wasn't working because the switch was off and neither my finance nor I knew this. Jared showed patience and humility when describing the simple issue to us. He even voluntarily checked the pressure on both of our units during his visit. We have found ourselves a permanent heating and air establishment.

Nathan was great. He was able to locate and address the issue immediately (unlike 2 other companies before). I will most definitely be using Turn Key Heating and Air for all future HVAC needs. Great job!!!

They respond quickly to your needs and the technician Jarred is the greatest, he explains what’s going on with the problem, how he’s fixing it, and tells you what to look for to prevent damage to your unit in the future. He’s a person anyone would welcome in there home to repair a unit or just to sit and talk. My very first experience with this company was during the death of my brother two years ago, my unit stopped cooling at the worst time when people were visiting daily, they couldn’t find the problem at first, but stopped by during that week to make sure my home was cool for my guests, until the problem could be found and repaired. They did find the problem and repaired it after everything settled down. That was a big plus for me because I don’t know any company that does that, BUT TURN KEY DID..

I purchased a new build in December. The builders used this company for HVAC for my house. I noticed immediately that the grills/vents were not the correct size. It took about a month to get someone out to take a look. When the person came out in February, he stated that everything was fine, although it wasn’t. He changed a few grills and said he’d come the next day to fix others. He took one grill off, leaving it open. He never came back. It stayed off for about a month. In March, I scheduled for them to come back out. After three no shows, I spoke with Nathan. I’m told him about my issues and he came out a few days later. He also noticed the other grills were not correct. I told my builders, but they said it was up to the HVAC company to fix it. I called back to schedule another appointment to get them to measure them. Someone came out to my house, measured the grills, and corrected majority of them. There’s still one more I have concerns about. Hopefully they’ll come back out soon so I can enjoy my new home. Now I’ll have to get the builders back out to correct the drywall from the grills that were incorrect.

The technicians are always prompt, pleasant and professional. Turn Key has been a very reliable company that has provided exceptional service for my family over the last several years that we have been using them to care for our HVAC units. Had a problem with upstairs air, have a warranty. Turnkey sent Nathan out, he figured out the problem even though I have an old unusual compressor/water heater system. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and asked If I had any questions. Never had any other tech do that. Hes a great tech and an example of "how it should be done"

These Guy's were great, they came in ready to do the job!!! They were focused and very nice and respectful, after the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves, I greatly appreciate that, I felt very comfortable having them at my home. I am very happy, job well done.
