This company went beyond the call of duty to assist me with my home warranty company. It took 5 weeks for my warranty company to get TurnKey my parts for the repair. I’m convinced it would’ve been twice as long without the persistence of this staff. Francis went above and beyond to get my AC fixed as quickly as possible! They were prompt, professional and did great work! I highly recommend 😁

A great company to work with. The initial phone call to make the appointment was very helpful and accommodating to my hours. Logan was was very knowledgable. He explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. He was very polite and I was very comfortable having him in my home. The cost was given up front. No surprises. We have used Turn Key for a few years now to keep both our old systems running. We trust them to replace only what needs to be replaced and the price is always fair.

Unfortunately, before we met Turn Key, we had other companies sent to us by our home warranty company. They said they would replace the entire system which sounded good. Then I figured out how much I would have to come out of pocket after they had bled the home warranty company for all they could get.

Never had to worry about that with Turn Key.

I recently had issues with heat and then air at my home. The folks at Turn Key were very helpful in getting this resolved right away. I called to have them out on a Wednesday and by Saturday the whole unit was replaced. I had a company through my home warranty quote me 3k more than what I was able to have done by Turn Key. Very happy with the outcome. New Carrier system is working great. Thanks Logan and Francis!

Service technician was great. Very professional and he went above and beyond to make sure we were good before he left with our concerns. The office kept me updated on his arrival time. Which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended

Nathan was very polite and friendly; very considerate since I had just had major surgery. He was very efficient and reassuring. His office staff was as well. My unit needed freon and he said if it continued to leak that he’d come back Friday to recheck. So far, my house has stayed cool which has benefitted my recovery. I highly recommend Turn Key. I will be having them do regular maintenance on my system from now on.

This company and their technicians were very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and had my issue handled quickly. Also, the employee in the office who scheduled the appointment was very kind and helpful as well. She also gave me a courteous call, letting me know the technicians were on their way to my home. I live in Alabama my neighbor air was put in by Turn key and in the mist they cut my wires. I had to go 2weeks til last Friday morning. I understand they didn’t want to except the responsibility but my air stopped once my neighbor air got fixed.. got a upper respiratory infection and had to go to Emergency Room and my primary care physician yesterday ,. Today is the best I have feeled since they messed my a/c unit up. I had another professional company Dr. Comfort and the video what they found and then Turn Key decided to do something. I would think they would have been more considered it was hot those 2 weeks so I’m contacting a attorney because I have bills from Emergency Room and my primary care physician…it’s sad that I should not had to wait 2 weeks I didn’t deserve this things happen no apology nothing poor business. NOT A MEMBER OF BBB I CHECKED

They purposely lied to us out of spite and left us with no AC for now 6 days.
Probably the most disrespectful unprofessional HVAC employees you will ever come in contact with. Still have no AC and still they keep pushing back the repair saying lack of communication on our end but really it's lack of communication and respect on their end.

On a routine service visit, another heating and air company told me that there was a hole in my furnace which was leaking carbon monoxide and that it would be several thousand dollars to replace it. I needed a second opinion. When Colton came to do the repairs he found out that the unit was still under warranty AND it turns out there really wasn't a hole in it after all. Saved me thousands!! You won't find a more honest, hardworking person.
