Daniel from Mainline was a great experience for us. His demeanor was superb as well as his knowledge and recommendations. Great for us to find Mainland. We will have them for our continuing HVAC services 👌🏻

Professional and knowledgeable and was able to teach me something about my whole house generator system. I feel confident the system will work and who to call if it breaks. I was unaware of the periodic maintenance that was needed. He showed me how to setup the weekly automatic test on the system to start up and run for 15 minutes.

We found Mainline last year when another company told us one of our units was leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced. We called Mainline for a second opinion and they found there was no leak (the gas company later confirmed that). Being that it was an older unit and was prone to breaking down, we decided to have Mainline replace it. They gave us a very reasonable quote and a couple of days later, we had a new unit and have had no issues since.

Fast forward to today (Sat), our other unit stopped working. A capacitor had blown. We called Mainline and within 2.5 hrs of our initial call, Daniel came out, fixed the issue, and took the extra step of cleaning and inspecting the unit to reduce the risk of another issue popping up.

Daniel is the same person that did the inspection last year as well, telling us we had no gas leak.

When dealing with things like HVAC, it is so important to find someone that you can have a high-trust relationship with. We have found that in Mainline Heating & Air and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC sales & service.

I purchased their maintenance plans for the two AC and heating units at my home, based on a recommendation from a Builder who uses Mainline. They came out quickly, called ahead, and arrived right on time. The tech spent several hours going over both of my units to ensure they were in good working order. I have used other companies in the past, but none have ever been as meticulous as Mainline with their annual service and inspections. Great all around service and customer service.

I had a small issue that I called them about a few weeks later. They came out within an hour of me calling and were able to get me back up and running in under 30 minutes. By far the best customer service of any heating and air company I have used. If you are like me and customer service is important to you, they are top notch.

I bought a Trane heat pump and air handler from Mainline in 2012. It has run flawlessly for 13 years except for one time. A circuit board went out in the air handler. A technician spent an entire morning repairing it, mostly searching for a replacement board that he had to go to Birmingham to obtain. I had my checkbook out and asked the technician "How much?", expecting probably around $500. His reply, "Oh there's no charge sir. You have a 10 year guarantee, parts and labor." Later I checked my original invoice and it included a $100 charge for a 10 year warranty I never knew I had. Well worth it.

Great company! We had used another company that our home warranty company sent us to but after 2 visits, they still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Mainline came out and had the issue figured out in no time. They ordered the part, fixed it, & no more issues! We were incredibly happy. From the lady who makes the appointments to the technician who does the work, we have had nothing but great service!

Had one of your drivers flick me off and then very intentionally cut me off. Probably shouldn't do that while driving the company van.

I an a Silver Club Member and had my air conditioner failed. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and told me he would have a tech out the same day. The technician "Zackary" was on time. He was pleasant and very professional. He had to get a motor. His dispatcher located the motor and Zackary went to pick it up and replaced motor in a timely manner. Mainline is highly recommended for there professionalism.

I just had them come by and fix my downstairs unit. They did a good job. Professional, quick, and a nice guys.

We had an issue with our air conditioning last night around 8pm. I called and left a message with the answering service. Branden called us about 5 minutes after that(!!) and was at our house within the half hour(!!) to diagnose and fix our issue (pan was full of water). What a nice young man; he certainly lead with being of service to his customers. Because of him, we got to sleep in a cool house last night and are so thankful.

We hired Mainline to fix our upstairs AC unit that had been out since May. Paul came out to diagnose the issue and determine what part was needed, and he was a God send. The week they were fixing our upstairs unit, our downstairs unit also went out. In a panic, I called Mainline again to see if someone could help. It was almost 8:00 pm and I was concerned how late it was, but Paul came back out and he had the unit up and running within an hour! James fixed our downstairs unit, and both he & Paul were amazing. These guys are super knowledgeable and were so nice. Don't hesitate to call them!

Mainline is the best! Craig came out to repair our system today and it was extremely efficient and professional. It’s pretty unusual to have this level of customer service mixed with professional competence. He arrived early, was super helpful and courteous, and was able to find a great solution when our AC went out. I will definitely be calling these guys in the future!

I called them today and they were at my house in about an hour. Micah was one of the workers and he was extremely pleasant and very professional. He found the problem and said a part needed to be replaced.. then he came back and said let me try something else. He worked on the unit and fixed the problem! Highly recommend this company!!!
