Rick McDurmin was very professional and personal at the same time. You don't experience is much anymore. He accessed the situation and explained it in a way i understood. Nice guy that i can trust. If I could give 6 stars i would.

Audie Wynn came out this morning for maintenance on my heating & air unit. He also tried to clean dryer vent for me but it was so backed up he was unable to clean. He gave me a name and number of someone to help me out after calling another 3D employee to see if they could use duct work cleaning machine to clean it for me. Above and beyond! I appreciate all his help and friendly attitude! 5+ stars!!

I’m very pleased with the service Cole provided and the excellent customer service from him and their office staff. Cole throughly diagnosed the issue with my hvac and presented several options for repair and cost. I feel he went above and beyond for us and 3D Air has earned all my future business. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of service and price. Definitely recommend them for all your air needs.

Update 2/4/2026 had a maintenance check and issues were discovered with mold and debris. Jake took time to explain each issue and best way to handle them. I’m very appreciative of him carefully explaining everything to me and the recommendations for repairs. This company is very helpful and great to deal with. I’m thankful for Jake’s patience and willingness to answer my questions. Highly recommend this company and their exemplary customer service!

Jake did an amazing job cleaning our 2 units in Pelham, AL. He explained everything he was doing to us and he took his time cleaning & servicing our units. Our units are 21 years old and this is due to having them serviced by 3D Air semi annually. I highly recommend 3D Air!

Joe Griffin was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the problem with my Heating & Cooling. Neither one was working. After finding the problem he repaired it . He is very well mannered , professional & knowledgeable. I was very comfortable having him in my home. Im sure he must be a valuable employee at 3D!

I couldn’t recommend Joe and the 3D Air team enough. They were extremely thorough and determined to correct an issue with our furnace after it stopped working during the coldest day of the year. I would recommend 3D to anyone. Great job all around!

Brad is knowledgeable and professional. He helped to understand the issues with my HVAC systems very well . He went ahead and gave me cost effective solutions! His approach to HVAC is pretty effective!

We appreciate Jake coming to save us from the cold! Only tech that could get to us same day on a 24 degree night. He fixed us up temporarily until he got a part the next day for permanent repair.
We have two little kids and it meant a lot to us to be taken care of so quickly. Thanks again!

Rick from 3D Air was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my split unit. He also helped me to understand the controls on the unit. Rick also looked at the thermostat on the unit he wasn’t serving to check the accuracy of the temperature reading for me. He corrected a small problem there and patiently taught me about that thermostat unit as well. I would definitely use Rick and 3D Air Services again

3D saved the day! Justin & Tyler came in and installed a new furnace and literally warmed our hearts. We appreciate the rapid response on a weekend, which just so happened to be the coldest day of the year. Keep up the great work guys...

Jake did an outstanding job servicing our A/C unit! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. His attention to detail made the unit look and run like brand new. Had an amazing experience this morning with Travis and Logan. They showed up early (but not too early) and were SUPER respectful. They came in, added some vents to our rooms downstairs and cleaned up after. No mess! They also worked with me to make sure I understand what and how they were doing everything. Highly recommend!
