Robert has always been phenomenal. Great business practices, knowledgeable, saved us money when another company misdiagnosed a problem. They have installed a booster pump with a reservoir tank because we're located on high ground. Just awesome. Can't recommend enough!

Wow, what a great experience I had with this great company. I called Superior Plumbing with a plumbing issue. The nice girl answered on the first ring. She scheduled Robert Polk to come out the next day. He showed up on time and took care of my problem very quickly. Robert really worked hard to help me and came up with a very affordable solution. Additionally, Robert took good care of my grandfather on a separate service call. My grandfather ranted and raved about Robert Polk. We will not call anybody else.

I cannot express how awesome of an experience we had with Robert, Hogan, and everyone at Superior Plumbing. I noticed a possible water leak this morning but wasn’t certain where it was originating. I called and spoke to a scheduler. She took my info and was upfront they didn’t have an opening until Wednesday but she would call if something came open sooner. By this afternoon she called back that they could fit me in today. Soon after Robert and Hogan arrived and they listened, looked, and fixed the issue quickly at a very fair price. I’ve also had an ongoing toilet issue that they fixed as well in such a way it should be a permanent fix. Robert was so knowledgeable and a great communicator that it made a potentially stressful situation very easy and painless. We are now a client for life and have no problem giving this company a 5 star review.

I have had this team out to do some work at the house a couple different times. Everyone is awesome. They are personable, respectful, work to get to the best solution and do great work. I couldnt recommend them more.

We had a leak in the crawl space under our house, and access to the leak was quite difficult. Dustin and Bob rose to the occasion and made the repair. I appreciate their tenacity, as it was not easy to figure out how to deal with the challenges. They were prompt and courteous and were excellent communicators. I highly recommend Superior.

Great work done by Superior Plumbing! Braten came out and did an excellent job replacing our dripping exterior faucets and adding valves on the interior. On time, got the job done, positive experience and good price.

Robert and his team arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Robert diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running quickly. Mr. Robert and his team are incredible. Emily is incredible in the office and her communication is impeccable! She’s also very kind. Mr. Robert and his team replumbed my house and fixed a bathtub drain leak as well. They all have integrity and so much knowledge. I’ve had other plumbers in my house and they didn’t come close to the quality at Superior Plumbing. I will never use anyone but Superior! Highly recommend them! I Superior come out a few months ago because my water pressure regulator was leaking. They replaced it then and did a good job. This week we had some pipes start rattling and they came back out and replaced it free of charge. Excellent service. I didn’t have to complain at all. Honestly I figured it had been too long or thought we would have to cover some of it. They have a customer for life and I will be recommending them in the future. The young man that did the work was very polite and professional.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain that another company told me would require hydro jetting. Robert was able to clear the drain without hydro jetting, which saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend Superior Plumbing!

Superior Plumbing recently installed a gas water heater in my mother’s house. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciated that they were able to come out the same day, give an estimate, and get the job done right away. They explained what they were doing clearly and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The installation looks clean and works as expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d be happy to call them again for future plumbing needs.

Robert was great right from the start. Professional and very courteous. He was able to fix my leak that another well known company could not. After that company told me they would have to custom make me something, and ghosted me, I called Superior. Robert had an estimate to me in a couple of days. A couple more days later the job was finished.

I had Superior Plumbing come out to replace a garbage disposal and a leak problem I had under my sink. Robert and his assistant diagnosed my problem, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me the price. The work was completed quickly, and Robert was even able to repair an old dishwasher connection. Emily in the office contacted me several times to get me scheduled, and they even arrived earlier than my appointment. These guys are the best, and I would highly recommend!

They arrived on time for the appointment and fixed my problem for less than half my previous quote. He was courteous and friendly throughout! I will use them from now on.

Quick, friendly, efficient, and best price on a water heater replacement. They did an excellent job with what other plumbers refused to do due to it being a difficult attic install. These pros handled it like it was nothing. Five stars all around!
