Called Carter on a Saturday to come take a look at a leak in my ceiling. He came over in less than 30mins from the call. After a very thorough investigation, he diagnosed the issue and pointed out some other issues that really needed attention. He is very detail oriented and very helpful. He fixed the issues and now I have a house that is in perfect plumbing order. Thank you Carter for your quick response and an awesome job on my house. I highly reccomend Carter for any plumbing needs.

A stain appeared on my ceiling that was caused by a leaking drain. I
called CJ's Plumbing because of all the good reviews and I'm happy to say the reviews are true. He answered the phone and scheduled the service as soon as possible.
Carter investigated all over the house until he found the source of the leak. He was determined to find the root of the problem and was patient as he searched. He was professional, upfront and honest, and helpful in that he not only fixed the problem, but also provided me with the name of a drywall person that could make repairs to the ceiling.
I could tell he didn't just care about the job, but also about helping people which isn't always the case in some businesses.
I appreciate his integrity and will definitely use his services in the future if I need them. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Woke up yesterday morning to discover a leak was coming water heater which damaged my bathroom ceiling. Water reclamation service (DryTech) got us in touch with Carter. He got on the phone and told us what we could do prior to him coming out to mitigate any more damage. He got to house around 330 and had everything he needed to replace and/or fix the problem. After asking for his professional opinion, we decided to go ahead and replace the water heater. Keep in mind, it’s now 430ish on a Friday afternoon. He said he would rather go ahead and start the job as opposed to waiting until Monday. In his words, “I don’t want to leave you with a ticking time bomb.” The entire job took about four hours to complete. Carter didn’t leave the house until 9 or so when it was all said and done.

I don’t know of many companies that would have done what Carter did. He is professional, courteous, clean, and more importantly, trustworthy. I have ZERO issues in using CJ Plumbing and Gas again or referring them to friends and family.

CJ plumbing and gas came out today to fix a water leak. They were amazing. He was honest and went above and beyond for this job. Carter was professional and extremely knowledgeable, he explained things very well. After a day from hell they were a breath of fresh air.

Hardworking, HONEST, and dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, professional...I could go on for a while! Carter quickly responded to my residence due to an under the slab pipe leak (which had water seeping up through my floors). He thoroughly explained what the "approach and fix" would be and set me up with all the additional help (detection and remediation)I'd need. He went straight to work on the leak and did not stop until it was fixed. I would absolutely, highly recommend!

Carter has been out to our house for a variety of reasons from indoor plumbing to irrigation system issues. He’s also worked on my parent’s RV plumbing! He definitely knows what he’s doing, reasonable, and timely. I’ve recommended him to several friends and I wouldn’t do that if I didn’t trust him and believe he was the best man for the job.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Carter. We had a nasty clog that gave us fits for quite awhile. Carter came by shortly after calling him. He worked for so long on our problem and even worked on other problems he found while working on the initial problem. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and why which we greatly appreciated. If we ever have another issue, he’ll be our first call. I’d recommend him 10/10 to anyone.

Carter has fixed multiple things in our house, and is reasonable. Thank you for all of your good work. The first time I called, he was there within 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure it was on a Sunday, and we had a leak. Other plumbers told me they couldn’t get to us ASAP, but Carter did. Also replaced water pressure regulator and fixed bathroom leaks.

Carter came out the same day I called. He took care of all of our problems and I would recommend him over any other plumber company in the area! He is knowledgeable, personable, and makes sure you understand what is happening - thanks again for your service!

CJ plumbing was very helpful. I called with questions over the phone and he took his time to understand my situation and help me over the phone, knowing I wanted to do the work myself. Carter was prompt, professional and honest. He made sure our family was safe from the issues caused by the regulator on our propane tank. Carter also fixed the regulator to correct the water pressure issue in our house. I would highly recommend this company!

Carter has done several plumbing jobs for my family and I since replacing our water heater in 2014. He's been very responsive, prompt & professional. He's done quality work at a fair price and has gone above and beyond more than once. I can do some plumbing jobs myself, but Carter is my first choice when I need any plumbing work done that are beyond my experience or ability.

Carter was excellent to work with! He was right on time and quickly diagnosed my main issue. He openly admitted there *might" be a 2nd issue, but there would be a different need than he could provide (e.g tile work), so he prepared me for that possible next step. Good news - as of 1 month later I have ZERO evidence of any water and Carter's plumbing work saved the day - and I haven't forked over any $$$ for extra tile/construction work!!!
From a value perspective, I don't have any comparable dollars. That said, he was very transparent how he charged and provided a clear bill. I did not at all feel like he took advantage of the job based upon the work he performed and time he spent. He was quite thorough, and seemingly very honest and transparent in his diagnosis and solution, and quite knowledgeable of his trade!!!
On top of his work, he was friendly and courteous. He was dog-friendly and was very affectionate to our sweet Peggy. ♥️

Carter was fantastic!! I truly can’t say enough great things about him! His dedication to fixing my plumbing issues and not leaving me without water was very impressive. The company I first found on the internet was going to wait 6 days before they even came to diagnose the problem. Carter was here within a couple of hours and stayed until we had water again...into the night! His prices were absolutely fair and he seems like a great guy that I completely trust in my home.
