Matt and Blake replaced a kitchen faucet for us today. Very pleasant young men professional, knowledgable and courteous. If I need a plumber in the future, I will certainly call Plumb Tech again, very pleased with service.

Our family had a BIG pluming problem. We called Plumb Tech as well as a few other well established plumbers. After researching the quotes and procedures, we were giving many options. We saved ourselves a lot of money. The job was done exactly the way it was planned. If you want it done right with no B.S call these folks. Not a big review kind of guy but if its real bad or real good then others should know. REAL GOOD!!!!!

They are definitely 5-Star+!!! I had a leak in my main water line in my garage that another local plumber spent 3 days trying to solve. He came up w/ a resolution that was so puzzling (not to mention an EXPENSIVE Theory) to myself and my insurance inspector that we had to call in these guys to save the day. They immediately dismissed that opinion as "not feasible" in less than 15 minutes onsite and moved some other appts around to resolve my issue the very next day in about 3 hours at a fraction of the initial quote from the other plumber. Mark and his Team (Blake & Steven) are top notch professionals! If you are in need of a Professional Plumber in the Shelby County area, then Plumb-Tech should be your 1st and Only Call!!!

Plumbtech has gone above and beyond for me on the two projects which I have needed their services. I highly recommend and will always call them first. These folks will work early and late to make sure their customers needs are met.

I was told by Drainblaster that I had a slab leak! I was so stressed because that would’ve cost me so much money. They never return calls. I was referred to Plumb-Tech by another plumber and when I tell you John came in saved the day! It wasn’t even a slab leak. It was a pipe leak in the wall. All I had to do was explain to him what was going on and he immediately knew what it was and went right to work. He was so nice and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to fix either! If you have any plumbing issues, give them a call!

John and Anthony did a great job replacing the faucet and handles in my guest bathroom. I really appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Would def recommend this company.

We called this company to discuss the service we needed. We were told a service cost (understandable), but no additional charges if the problem is not fixed. For some reason two men were sent out, which we paid for, & all that was done was turning our faucets on. We paid $150 for someone to run water. When we tried to discuss the charge the owner was very rude & again resolved nothing. We are out of money & still no resolve for the issue. Look elsewhere!

Just had John and Ben come do work at my house. These guys were great, friendly, professional and straight forward. I have quite a few more projects to be done and will request these guys every time. Also spoke with Mark on the phone who understands the meaning of customer service. Very impressed with the level of service from this company. Definitely will use for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

I normally don't write reviews. However, I just couldn't let this slide. I Had a leak on the 1st floor ceiling. Plumber cut numerous holes on my walls & ceiling trying to locate the water leak. After 3 hours & $468 later, they determined that the leak was coming from the washer machine. I would think with today's technology that they can purchase a "moisture detector" before punching holes in my walls & ceiling. This is unacceptable. I tried to resolve this problem with the owner but he did not owned up their disaster. I guess I just have to wait to hear from my claim adjustor.

My electric water heater began to break down so I needed to find someone to replace it. I chose to call Plumb Tech Inc. first simply because their building is on old 31 and I passed it every time I took that route home. When I called on Tuesday the lady who took my call was very professional and quickly answered all of my questions. I explained my needs, told her that I lived in a mobile home and offered to give her the basic information on my old water heater. She took the information and promised me a call back from a representative named Mark. He contacted me later that same day to get some additional information on the space in which the water tank would need to be installed. After our discussion I took some pictures of the space and the old water heater and sent them to the office in an Email.
The next day Mark contacted me to inform me that he had found me a water heater and give me the cost for installation. I approved the cost and asked when they could send someone out to install it. I was very pleased when He informed me that they could do it that Friday at 8:00 am and quickly accepted the appointment.
On Friday Josh and Matt arrived promptly at 8 am! They did a quick review of the old tank turned off the water, shut off the power to the old tank and began the process of removing the old water tank. They worked well together and where very efficient. It took only about 2 1/2 hours for them to complete the installation, close up the wall and turn on the water and power.
I plan to call them for any future plumbing issue I might have and will defiantly recommend them to friends and family.

Only the second time I've taken the time to post a review, but I was so pleased with my experience with Plumb Tech, I wanted to share it with others who may be searching for a plumber like we were. We'll definitely be using Plumb Tech from now on, and it's a relief we have a plumber we can trust if we need them again in the future...

Our home is a significant distance from the main highway, and since we don't live within the city limits, we are responsible for the pipes from the main highway to our home. We also have a water pump to increase water pressure, since our house sits up a hill.

We recently had a major leak and were without water for over a week. We'd worked with multiple other plumbers, but they were unable to resolve the issue, and were really at a loss on what to do next. I called Plumb Tech in desperation, and spoke to Mark to explain the situation. He listened to me at length, and assured me he and his crew would stay on the job as long as it took to identify and fix the problem, and he was true to his word and then some.

Mark, Blake and their crew were over at our house 7:30 am each morning and stayed past 9:00 pm to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction and as quickly as possible. Mark showed me the problems as he found them, so I understood them and was kept aware of the progress being made.

They found and repaired two leaks, re-plumbed the pump house pipes where there was another major leak we already knew about, and installed a new water pump to replace the one that was completely burned out (had been in the house over 25 years and had not been working properly since we moved in). Not only do we have water, but the water pressure that has been weak since we moved in is now better than at any of our previous homes.

Karen does an amazing job running the office - very organized, kind and understanding of our situation, and the price was reasonable, especially considering the amount of time, effort and materials that went into the job.

Carter was prompt and worked me into his schedule quickly. I really appreciate that Carter didn’t just find what was wrong and fix it, he took time to explain the issue to me so I would understand what he was doing to fix it. He even texted the next day to make sure there not any drips in any of the showers he worked on.

I had a leaky water heater and I called CJ plumbing. I had gotten his business card from someone at work. He came over and not only inspected the water heater, but thoroughly check the pressure through out my home. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on. I scheduled a day for him to come and replace the water heater. I recently had surgery and couldn't get around very well. Most of the time that he was here I was in bed recovering. He, was so professional that I was comfortable with him. He, not only did the work he was being paid to do. He went beyond that and tightened a faucet that he noticed was in need of attention.
I am so appreciative that God sent the right person. I highly recommend CJ Plumbing and Gas.

Had the line heading into my house burst a year ago and Carter came out to fix it. Just a week or so back I noticed water in the same place. Carter came right back out, dug the hole, and found the faulty part. He fixed the problem at no charge under warranty. He spent two days working it and even found a break further up the line that he repaired.

The man does quality work and stands behind it. Not sure what else you can ask for.

Carter gave me an honest quote and was very quick to get back to me. I had quotes from 3 other companies and Carter helped save us hundreds of dollars, whereas the other companies kept trying to up sell me. He did a fantastic job too!

Carter worked me in on a busy day when my washer hose split from high pressure. He promised not to leave me without water overnight even when I discovered several other problems as a result of the pressure that demanded attention. The job required a late night, but Carter remained positive and on task. I’ll call him again if the need arises.
