We had a dryer just repaired with M & M. It was our 1st time using M & M. We were set up with an appt. within a few days. They showed up right on time and we were ecstatic with their service!! We definitely recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind for future use as well.

Was recommended by Lewie's...they were booked 3 days out. But my repairman arrived on time, was very professional, and in 5 minutes figured out my washer problem, repaired it in minutes and only charged for the visit. I will definitely call them again!

My dishwasher stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I replaced the motherboard, but that didn't help, and so I had a very knowledgeable friend come over and he looked at every wire and fuse in it and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't getting any power. So I called M & M and Jason came over. He found a fuse that had been overlooked. He took it out, walked onto my front porch, hit the fuse on the concrete, looked at me and said, "it's fixed." Don't ask me how that fixed it, but he put it back in and it worked. Because it took about 2 minutes to fix, Jason didn't charge me anything! Not even a walk in the door charge! Jason saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher, and they aren't cheap! That is how a business ends up with long-term customers.

Jason,the owner of M & M Hardware, was recommended to me and I would like to recommend him to others. Jason is very knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem with my dryer immediately. His schedule was full but he fit me in quickly and made the repair for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

We had a problem with our washer. My wife told me about M&M Hardware and that they fix appliances. I called and spoke with Ellis, very nice guy. Told him what was going on with our washer and he said his brother Jason would be out at the earliest time. Which we agreed to.
Jason showed up, also a very nice guy, analyzed the problem, fixed it and off he went.
The price was affordable, the service from start to finish was 5 star, and my satisfaction was 100%.
If you’re in the need for an appliance or to get one fixed these guys are first class, top notch, honest and sincere!!
I’d recommend them to anyone. Family owned and operated and just good guys!!

Jason went far and beyond expectations in repairing my dryer and freezer both. He was honest, efficient, answered my questions, offered tips. I could not have been more pleased! And then he topped all that with a very reasonable cost. Ill never call anyone else.

Ellis and Jason are awesome y’all. You want it fixed, they can fix it or guide you how to fix it. When I say these 2 guys are for you, believe me firsthand, these guys will do their best for you. I’ll go back and see them again, no doubt about it. If I could give these two 6 stars, I would. 5 star shop!

We have used M&M twice for appliance repair. Both times we were treated fairly. The technician explained what the problem was, gave us a quote, and discussed with us the pros and cons of the repair. Our most recent was the dryer. It was almost completely disassembled and we could see the issues. There was no pressure, just information and a recommendation. I highly recommend them for appliance repair and I would expect the same for any other service.

There is a reason for all the glowing reviews. These guys are honest help when you need it and do NOT try to rob you or give you some song and dance about service you don't need. They are the 1st ones I think of when something goes south......and it will sooner or later.
Update: If you are thinking about or needing to buy a new appliance, give these very knowledgeable guys a call or stop by. They can steer you to a brand that will give the best available service. There is a lot of overpriced JUNK being sold to the American consumer these days and M&M knows which ones they are.

Absolutely amazing! My refrigerator was making terrible noises & the freezer just quit. They answered their phone, quick appointment, on time, friendly & professional, immediately diagnosed problem, very reasonable charge! I think I said it all, and all true.

Washer went out and contacted them after a recommendation from my daughter in law. When the arrived they knew immediately what the problem was and they explained the repair history on my particular model control panel was replaced and we were up and running again. Great service, pricing from an awesome local business.

I cannot say enough great things about M&M in Alabaster! The owner showed genuine concern about my washing machine and somehow knew exactly what the issue was without even seeing it. His knowledge and experience are truly second to none.

He was incredibly pleasant to work with, and even though he couldn’t order the part himself, he pointed me in the right direction. Because of his guidance, I was able to purchase one simple part and fix my machine, saving me hundreds of dollars.

This was my third time working with M&M, and every single visit I walk away with exactly what I need or at the very least feeling educated and prepared. It’s rare to find someone so honest, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

Wouldn't reccommend to anyone. Suspected drug using employees. At the least, very young inexperienced boys, who know nothing of electrical or safety codes. Hope they are well insured, a diaster waiting to happen. Hope it's not your home and/or family that's harmed.
