I've used 3M for an unexpected issue and routine servicing on my HVAC systems. They scheduled immediate appointments and walked me through the steps they were performing to diagnose and repair my issues. I'll be using 3M for any future HVAC needs.

Joshua Owenby responded quickly to our request for service. He diagnosed a problem with our capacitor and a blown fuse. Within an hour, he had us cool again. His price was more than reasonable. We will be using him again for all our heat/air needs. I highly recommend Joshua Owenby and his business 3M Mechanical Services.

Excellent service! Returned my missed call, was ready to start the next morning, was there on time, was thorough and very willing to explain the whys about what he was doing, and worked for hours to do the job right. I highly recommend Josh's services.

He understood the urgency of our situation and made sure to get out to us to get us a new unit literally the next day after contacting him. He went above and beyond by still completing our warranty paperwork on our old unit that he didn’t install and even sealed and stored our old unit that we may fix later for a different space. He also inspected our ductwork to make sure there was no other surprises. If you need something done quickly, professionally, and top quality- Josh is your guy.

Josh with 3M Mechanical Services was super nice, honest and easy to work with. He walked me through everything to make sure I knew what was wrong with our heat pump and what he did to fix it❤️. I understand that it's not always a quick fix but Josh was able to replace a part and get our unit up and running in an hour, then cleaned our older unit as well (We have two units and I had no idea it was so dirty 😩) as a preventative measure.
I will definitely be using Josh for all of our future Heating/Air conditioning needs ☺️
