Josh was so respectful and came as quickly as possible (same day that we called him). He diagnosed our issue quickly and had us up and running within 45 minutes. Very transparent and fair pricing. Communicated well. All around good guy and phenomenal HVAC technician. He answered all of our questions and did not try to sell anything extra or over charge for anything. He gave us great advice on ways to keep our unit healthy in hopes that we won’t have to replace it this summer. He answers all of his own calls and text messages. No middle man! Will definitely use Josh for any further HVAC needs!

Josh was recommended to me from someone and I have been more than pleased with his services. From the first time he evaluated my issues at my home until he completed the services needed, he was more than accommodating. He replaced my entire downstairs floor with new air duct system and new hvac system as well. He got us up and running sooner than he even told us it would take. Our home is warm and cozy and also hired Josh to do the maintenance upkeep twice a year to service and maintain a smooth running system. I would recommend Josh 10/10 to anyone needing something small repaired up to whole system replacement or installation.

The defrost board on my unit had failed as did the in-unit thermostat. I had suspected the refrigerant was low as the whole unit had frozen solid. I called Mr. Josh with 3M and he was able to quickly arrive and diagnose the issue. The parts were available practically the next day and installation was professional. Even fixed other issues that could have easily been looked over or just ignored as the symptoms would not have been apparent immediately. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough and they'll be my now go to HVAC!
