Loftis Comfort Solutions was absolutely wonderful with customer service, friendliness and went above and beyond to ensure our unit was taken care of properly. The promptness in arriving as they mentioned, communication was great and the explanation of what was in need of repair on our unit throughout the process was excellent. We most definitely will use this company again.

Cody was absolutely fantastic. He was super knowledgeable and helped me think through all the possible options for getting our home we're building under A/C. He was always just a phone call away and made sure I felt comfortable with every little decision along the way. I couldn't recommend him any higher! Our air conditioner went out on the very first day of summer and Cody was able to come out on that Friday afternoon, even though he wasn’t able to fix it that day as soon as the part got to him, he was at our house. Cody came out on a Saturday at 8am when my A/C wasn’t cooling properly. He is professional, his expertise is exceptional and he got my A/C pumping out cold air efficiently. Cody has become my new go to as to HVAC after the retirement of the last person I trusted for over 20 years. I have used his company 3 times at 2 different properties for repairs on units he did not install. He thoroughly explained what repairs were needed, took photos of the problem as he repaired and explained how he had completed the repairs before leaving. He and his helper were courteous, professional, and the work was competitively priced. Loftis Comfort Solutions is now on my iPhone contact list.

Excellent business. I called late one evening, and Cody came to us the next morning. He got our AC unit recharged quickly, and checked it out for leaksas well. He was honest and professional, and while he offered extra options and products, he didn't push them. 10/10

100% recommend! Absolute professional. I arrived home around 2:30 on a Sunday and immediately noticed the inside temp matched the outside temp. I called Cody at Loftis who was on another job and let me know he’d be over in the next few hours. Cody arrived to my house, diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and fixed it immediately because he had parts with him. He was notified, showed up and fixed it, and was gone in 2.5 hours during an Alabama summer! Awesome company, extremely competent HVAC professional, nicest person!

Heater failed this morning before 6. Called and got in touch with Loftis as soon as reasonable. He was onsite quickly and diagnosed the problem, with a quick trip to Albertville for parts. Heater is back up and running again - much faster than expected. Highly recommend!!

I cannot explain the gratitude that I have for Cody Loftis. He has helped me so much with my heating and fire logs and gas installation. It was no easy task. The gas company was so slow and hard to deal with. Cody took over that for me as well. I’m super happy with the job, but I am so grateful for his patience and communication through this whole process.
