Justin came out to repair my dryer. When so many folks (including me) are complaining about services today, let me say this experience was a ray of sunshine!!! Professional, personable, courteous and clean. He also went waaayyyy above the call of duty to get the part I needed within 24 hours installed. He even took before and after pics and gave me tips on how to extend the life of my appliance. I hope I don't have the need soon, but when I do I will be making one call to Carter AC and Appliance!!!!

As a former small business owner, I highly recommend Blake Carter for any/all services he provides because, as my grandad would have said, he knows his onions (and by onions I mean he knows his trade and customer service). He’s friendly, on time, knowledgeable and informative, and he stands by his work. I hired him to repair a washing machine. After diagnosing the problem he left to go get the parts and repaired the washer that day. Wish I’d called him sooner! I am a new customer. We called for repair of our Samsung dishwasher. Blake knew the likely problem and ordered the suspected part before he ever came out, so it could be fixed in one trip. I had a very good experience. Cody replaced the gas Water Heater, expansion tank, lifted it up on a stand so it would be in code. He also had to adjust the gas and water pipes and the vent that attached to my ventilation system. He did this efficiently and left zero waste behind. He made sure I understood everything before I signed off.
ALSO, I just had surgery and couldn’t use one arm, I asked if he’d mind putting on the outside faucet covers (x2) for the cold snap coming up and he didn’t mind at all. I would have understood if he had to move on to next job but he was happy to help. Just a good guy all around. I believe that AUX is lucky to have him on their team!
