Adam Alexander is a great HVAC tech; I recommend him!

The tech came out immediately. He was very professional. I was upset and he was caring and helpful.

The tech, Adam Alexander, was great!! He was very polite and explained in detail what was wrong with our unit. I’m thankful for him recommending the membership program as well. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My technician from Aux was Adam Alexander and he was the best. He was very knowledgeable about my a/c unit explaining what all he was doing. Adam is an outstanding technician and a great person.

Adam was awesome. He helped me understand the issues and the options that had. He completed the job and told what to expect. Paul also was very transparent with the quotes and really helpful with understanding the differences between options. I signed with the monthly subscription because of the professionalism of both.

Nick F. did an excellent job! He was very thorough, persistent, and professional in resolving the challenging water leak repair. He also took the time to explain detailed information and addressed all questions/concerns related to plumbing issues.

Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication & Unhelpful Service

I contacted this company last Wednesday when my A/C went out. They scheduled me for the following Thursday, then bumped me to Friday due to volume. Friday morning I was told I was in the 8–12 window, but didn’t hear anything until after 3pm, when they finally said no one would be coming and rescheduled me again for Monday.

As a single working mom, rearranging my schedule multiple times with no proactive communication was incredibly frustrating. I understand summer is busy, but honest, realistic updates would have made a huge difference.

When the tech finally arrived Monday, he misdiagnosed the issue, quoted me, then reversed course 45 minutes later. He seemed unsure, couldn’t explain things clearly, and ultimately recommended a full unit replacement — even after I told him up front that wasn’t financially possible. His only other suggestion was to refill refrigerant that he admitted would leak out again in 3 days. Not helpful.

And for all that, I still had to pay the $59 service fee — essentially to lose even more trust in HVAC companies.

I ended up getting a second opinion from another company, who quickly fixed the actual issue by replacing a part — all under $1,000. I won’t be using this company again.

Aux Home Services is fantastic! They solved a repeat HVAC and electrical issue that no other company could, plus addressed some other problems we needed fixed. Adam Alexander has been our technician two summers in a row and he is so friendly and professional and is able to thoroughly explain any issues so we understand them. We'll definitely continue using AUX for any future needs.

The technician, Nick F., did a great job. Very professional and informative. Was very honest in his review of the condition of my water heater.

Adam Alexander is a life saver. It was 98 degrees outside and like 103 degrees in the house. Needless to say it was hot! He came out to fix our air unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided quick services. Unfortunately, he could not fix our unit that day but he came back the next day and fixed the issue right away. Overall, he was amazing. He gets a 10 out of 10.

I called for service and someone was in my home within 2 hours. Mr. Rainey was very professional. He was able to solve the issue with one visit. I will use this company from now on.

I can only speak for my experience with Nick as an employee of the company. My older house had multiple plumbing challenges where the plumbing parts needed to repair the leaks were for no name brand shower faucets. The only option offered by the 4-5 other companies I obtained estimates from was to replace the whole system with a new one. I was shocked when Nick informed that he could likely find the replacement parts needed at an unconventional plumbing supply store and not have to replace to whole plumbing system. Repairing the multiple plumbing issues was much cheaper than having to replace the the system. None of the other companies even provided repairing as an option! Shout out to AUX for allowing Nick the latitude to go out and search for the parts. I am thinking most companies would not have allowed the technicians the time to do that!

Banks-Quarles gives me so much peace of mind as a homeowner. They've had my back since my first emergency plumbing call in December of '22. These are good folks. Michael Rainey is always SUCH a pleasure to work with. You can absolutely trust Banks/Aux. Thanks again, y'all!

Seth, Dalton, Gator and Anthony spent all day at our house installing a new inside and outside unit. They were professional, respectful and efficient. Anthony cleaned our ducts without judgment (4 kids). Seth stayed late to be sure everything was functioning properly and pristine. He even loved on our attention needing puppy without complaint. They answered my multiple questions with enthusiasm. I 100% recommend! It was truly a pleasure doing business with this company. These guys are rare and this crew worked exceptionally well together.
