Just had a full installation completed today on my house and I’ve never been so excited about gutters! They look fantastic and I love the customization for my home. Edit: We have had our gutters for two months and have discovered the gutters are too small to solve our water intrusion problem. There also was a roof line on the second floor that was left out of the installation and the windows are continuing to have water intrusion. I have called twice and not received help for the problem. I was told I would receive a call back but the number they called from showed as a “spam likely” so I didn’t answer it. The second time I called I never received a call back. I also called the “production manager” and I was sent straight to voicemail, but his voicemail box was full so that was a dead end. I’m not happy with the customer service I have received when I spent thousands of dollars for these gutters and they are not moving the water in a way that is actually helping my water intrusion problem.

In the beginning, I had a very distasteful experience in getting my problem solved. It was to the point that I called one last time to see if there was a complaint number available. That is when I reached Mr. Orion Koshinsky. He changed my entire demeanor. He listened, apologized, and put me in contact with Mr. Mathew Aycock. Mr Aycock sent Mr. Jerry Washington to my house. Mr. Washington was one of the most knowledgeable and professional people that I have encountered. He got the job done in an expeditious manner. Thanks to these three men for their professionalism and people skills. I especially would like to say a special thanks again to Mr. Jerry Washington because he not only solve the problem but educated me as well. Very, very knowledgeable. As a result, I am now having some additional work done. This was gutter repair issue.

Installation of gutters yesterday. It seemed to go ok. My problem is, I was expecting to be told when job was complete. But was not told, called or approached. I was in house and just noticed they were gone. The guys were pleasant and answered questions so I was surprised when they did not conclude installation with any notice?

My mother needed to have her gutters updated badly. Her home, especially around the carport and the front side of the house, is surrounded by cedar trees that costly drop needles and berries. The gutters that she had on the house were opened at the top and constantly clogged because of these trees. We decided to look around at options and finally landed on Leafguard out of Birmingham. They sent Gage - a young guy who showed great poise and knowledge regarding Leafguard's product - down to talk with us. He did an excellent job sharing the information, explaining the company process/product, and helping my mom and I feel comfortable in what we were about to invest in. At the end of the experience, and after speaking to a few others, we decided on Gage and put our trust in Leafguard. And so far, we've not regretted the decision. We signed on day 1, and the morning of day 2 the crew showed up to build the gutters and install them. Installation was smooth and completely quickly. The material used is very sturdy, and the options they include for checking the downspouts and ensuring debris is free to allow water flow is great. We've not had to worry about any of the berries or debris sitting in the gutter since they completed the job. Better yet, I don't have to worry about climbing up against the gutters to clean them out anymore.

Bottom line: if your home is surrounded by trees, especially pines or cedars, and you have gutters...then consider going with a Leafguard system.

Leaf guard offers such a great product that will last a lifetime without much maintenance. The price was reasonable. Nolan was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to help us with options in both affordability and the final product.

Our experience with Leafguard was exceptional! Gage came out early in the week and inspected the property and gave us remarkable feedback on what was needed and best for the home. He worked out an amazing deal for us to receive gutters for our entire home, I originally was only going to do the back. He explained how everything worked and what was best for our situation. Early Saturday morning, Alonte Hunt and Jerry Washington arrived to do the job and a great job they did! They were respectful to our home as well as to us. Leaf Guard removed my old gutters and installed the new ones the next day. It took about 7 hours for 100 feet and 6 down spouts. The installers were professional and understanding. They did a great job of explaining why they had to do some things, and it made a lot sense. It is a little pricey, but I think the value and protection to the house is worth it.

I recently had a new LeafGuard gutter system installed on my house and storage building, and I’m extremely happy with the results. Mr Courtney Byas and Mr Rashood Barkley did an Outstanding job, they were very professional—— excellent work from start to finish!
