Overpriced. Wanted $40 for an o-ring that I bought the same day at another store for $20. Same part number and manufacturer.

I've known these owners for years. They installed my pool and hottub, My pool has been covered for a number of years. For some reason they REFUSE to answers my calls and DO NOT return my calls. I have no idea what the problem is???????

Great place, they have saved my backyard pool this year. Being able to bring in a water sample and then they tell me exactly what I need to put in the pool and then have it right there to purchase is perfect! Thank you my pool has stayed beautiful this Summer

Company has made a great effort to redeem themselves and stand behind there work which is much appreciated after a few minor mishaps. That means alot and Jimmy's Daughter, who now is in charge, personally came out to see everything went smoothly.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I just take a water sample in and they tell me what chemicals to get. We use Bacquacil products instead of chlorine in our pool. This is the only place you can get it in Birmingham. Highly recommend them for all things pool related.

They also have clothing and swimsuits for women! Not sure if they have men’s clothing. You can buy other household decor (like beachy stuff) there as well. Super nice little boutique to shop while you wait for a pool analysis.

Parking at the new location is really convenient. Services are still the same and with the same information on those they have even added a lifestyle section to their expanded new store! The home decor is of course good quality and the look of it is great. Quality and style of clothing, candles and even accessories- I could spend hours just finding new pieces! Looking forward to our next visit. Added photos here from their website, but going in person is the best justice for what they have in stock.

Knowing how expensive it would be for a tech to come to me in my area Landon patiently questioned me and guided to a resolution of a problem that none of the chemical sellers in my area could seem to solve. Thank you sir!

Landon and the crew fixed my pump, added a more efficient chlorine dispenser and have the pool looking great. I highly recommend them! 💪 💪

Shoemaker performed the original construction of our pool in 2008 and we continue to use their weekly service. Because we are very busy outside of the home, it has been comforting knowing that we don’t have to worry about the care of our pool.
