Actually feel like I got a lot more service than I paid for because he went outside of what was quoted and did some minor repairs at no additional cost. Fred, worked on our electronic-al problems yesterday. we have had these problems since December. He got here on time , properly dressed and professional and addressed the problem head on. Within 2hrs. he had all the problems solved and I for the first time since December was able to shave with the lights on. Very reasonable prices and I would refer him to anybody and everybody who needs electrical work done. Thanks Fred for Great Job Done Ron DeWitt.

King Fred Companies was able to fit me in same day and fix an issue that 4 different technicians were not able to solve. They were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

My mother in law had to use this company through her home warranty and everytime she spoke with them they were extremely rude, curt, and unprofessional. So today they were supposed to come between 9-11 to finish our service and at 11:26 they were not here. I missed a job interview due to their poor punctuality. I called and said something about it being 11:26 and the woman said “I’m aware” so I replied with “oh y’all just come whenever you want even though people have other things to do” and now they refuse to come finish the service we paid for. I’m sure they’ll mark this negative review as fake/fraudulent as they do with all the other negative reviews. Beware. These people are trash.

We had an electrical breaker go bad causing our master bedroom to be without electricity. We called the home warranty company and they us to this great contractor. He was timely, professional, and great person do business with. Will definitely use for future issues. Thank you again for your service.

Imagine being disrespectful to an elderly woman for 2+ months & then scheduling an appointment for 9am & when you were called at 11:26am saying “I’m aware” because they were late. Then refusing service because someone addressed the issue that they had plans and had been waiting 2.5 hours. Just imagine marking all the bad reviews as fake/fraudulent because you don’t want a bad name for YOUR bad service. YOUR disrespect. To all of you checking reviews before obtaining service through these people, they will mark this as fake/fraudulent but it is not fake or fraudulent. I am a real person & this is a real situation. Make your own decision but consider this situation before doing so. Respectfully to this company, run your business a bit better.

Fred King and his team are fabulous! I am so happy to have found them, they have completed two jobs for me in the past few months. They are so friendly and professional. Quickly answered all my questions and kept me up to date throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

Just received another great service by Fred King! Technicians arrived early and contacted me to make sure it was OK.

They wore face mask AND shoe covers without me having to ask them. This is about my 7th service with this company and I definitely recommend them for all of your electrical needs!

My husband and I used this company for electric service in our home for installation of a security system. We were highly pleased with not only the price but the quality and effort of the installation process was a breeze. Fred held a conversation with us and congratulated us on being newlyweds. I contacted King Fred through my home warranty company. I spoke with Natalie first. She was very helpful and dealt with the home warranty company for me, which was very helpful because they are a pain to deal with. She took care of it. They went out of their way to take care of my problem. They even agreed to come on Saturday when I was off work. The work was done that same day, which is wonderful. I asked for a quote after they were done for another job and the price for the next job was 30% less than a prior quote from the company who “does it all” by their slogan. In summary, King Fred has a wonderful wife helping him and a great work ethic. He does what he says and shows up on time to do quality work for less than the companies who are making you pay for their advertising.

Excellent company to do business with. The guys went above and beyond my expectations at the time of appointment. Each employee that I interacted with provided professional services and paid attention to detail. It was also great connecting with a fellow JSU graduate during my appointment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
