Can honestly say my experience was nothing but professional as was the job performed. They communicated well leading up to the appointment, informed me 45mins in advance of the technicians departure, as well as provided the technician name. I also like that their vans are clearly marked which for some may add a sense of security. I was allowed to inspect the work as it was performed(each area I photographed had two years of my kid spilling juice and food while watching TV), and the technician seemed personable. Will definitely be using them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Not usually the type to do google reviews but I am thoroughly impressed by this company…I just got 3 rooms cleaned in my home and let’s just say I’ve used ALL the major carpet cleaning companies and always think to myself “I could have done that same job and saved money” but this time I am blown away ! I had a great experience with Steamworks Carpet Cleaning today. They were able to fit me in within 24 hours of my call, which I truly appreciated. I received a notification just minutes into my service window that the technician was on the way, and he arrived well within the expected timeframe.
The technician was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently on his own. The quality of the work was excellent. Timely service, strong communication, and top-notch customer care. That’s a 100 in my book.

1. Its same price as others.
2. The cleaning is okay.

I've been calling since Wednesday, today is Friday. I keep getting an AI answering system. Told me I had an appointment but at end of call daid there was a problem. Ive called4xs and left a message with said AI system for a call back. Still no call back.
