I am blown away at the level of customer service I received. From my call in, estimate, appointment setting to service. Everything was so easy and these people are so juce and professional. Also my rugs look BRAND NEW!!! Wow! Very happy customer!

This was my second time using SteamPro & they never miss! Great customer service! workers came between the time window that was expected :-) I received carpet & upholstery services & I am overly satisfied 😃 I will continue to call steam pro moving forward for all carpet & upholstery needs.

Update on my original review. Dylan was nice and respectful, but my carpet does not look or feel as if it was cleaned.

So great!!! Anthony was so nice and helpful! After he cleaned our carpet he helped bring our bookshelf into our apartment!

I paid $350 for cleaning a sofa and loveseat. I felt this was high, but wanted to give Noah the benefit of the doubt. By the way, the furniture is a light color upholstery. He wanted to talk … a lot; I wanted him to clean my upholstery. I don’t feel that I got a thorough cleaning. The fabric is still dingey, and I don’t feel I got my money’s worth. I won’t be using this vendor again.
